Casa con piscina privada,a 300 m de la playa y el puerto .Zona tranquila .
Villa en una planta con piscina privada , en zona tranquila residencial a tan sólo 300m de la playa y del puerto de Gandía.Con amplio patio equipado con muebles de exterior.La casa está totalmente acondicionada tanto para verano como para invierno , disponiendo de estufa de pellets y calefacción. Cocina equipada con todos los enseres necesarios , además de pequeños electrodomésticos (cafetera ,tostadora , calentador agua, exprimidor) para hacer más cómoda la estancia. Dispone de una habitación independiente destinada a lavandería , equipada con lavadora , secadora y plancha.
La playa de la zona es de arena fina y de unos 50 m de largo ,una playa tranquila.
El Grao de Gandía está a 300 m, una población dotada de todos los servicios (Centro de salud , farmacia, pescadería,carnicerías , cafeterías, supermercados etc).
Hay un parking público gratuito detrás de la casa
Y un restaurante dónde degustar arroces y pescados típicos.
La playa de la zona es de arena fina y de unos 50 m de largo ,una playa tranquila.
El Grao de Gandía está a 300 m, una población dotada de todos los servicios (Centro de salud , farmacia, pescadería,carnicerías , cafeterías, supermercados etc).
