Cozy apartment within a villa, with pool, large garden, parking, barbecue, located at the foot of a protected natural site. The apartment is independent and private. It is a quiet area. The Molló de la Creu is characterized by its flora, large pines, native fauna, owls, hawks and good temperature in summer. It is very well connected 5 minutes from the beach of Gandía, 3 minutes from the city and 45 minutes from Valencia by car. The area also has public transportation, (the Gandía urbanet) and taxi service. Access to urbanization is simple. Ideal for families, for groups of friends, couples, to do different outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, climbing. Nearby you can visit and enjoy different sandy beaches or rocks, prehistoric caves, spectacular panoramic views of the region. In the city of Gandia there are many places of tourist interest in addition to its extensive beach.
The house has a large garden. Ideal for sunbathing, barbecues, relax, play children. Pets Allowed. The pool is ideal to cool off during good weather. In the evenings you can enjoy pleasant evenings with the sky full of stars, dinner outdoors.
The pool measures 6.5 meters long x 4 meters wide x 1.70 meters deep.
From my point of view, it is a lovely place!

QUIRKY

Inside can certainly be described as quirky. Lovely garden and perfect parking for car. Kitchen great for working in. Cristina a perfect hostess and, of course, weather was fine (apart from 2 very windy days). Excellent cycling in the vicinity, especially the Via Verda de la Safor (Gandia-Oliva).

We have been in Spain for a month (traveling from Malaga up to Barcelona - with a trip into Seville, Granada and Madrid as well!) Our stay in Gandia was by far our favorite stop, and the best accommodation and hosting by a mile! The house and beautiful grounds are even better than the photos and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. There was everthing you could possibly ever need including fully stocked indoor (and outdoor) kitchens, 2 bathrooms and supplies. The pool was AMAZING (bigger and deeper than we had thought it would be) and the kids loved being able to splash and play in it every day. The location is fab, close to lots of lovely towns and just an hour away from Valencia city. You do need a car but everything is short drives away from the house.We would recommend anyone staying here (its such a gem!) And would return in a heartbeat if we are planning another trip in the future.

Toll, genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten und noch mehr! Christina und ihr Mann sind super Gastgeber und sehr aufmerksam. Man kann garnicht alles aufzählen. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool und den riesigen Garten, wir die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Cela fait deux années que nous séjournons dans cette superbe maison, et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute lors d’un prochain voyage. La maison est parfaitement équipée, même au-delà de nos attentes. L’extérieur est particulièrement agréable, avec plusieurs terrasses, une magnifique piscine, un espace repas et barbecue très bien aménagé, arboré et coloré.Les propriétaires, qui logent dans la maison du dessus, sont à la fois très discrets et extrêmement sympathiques. Una casa muy bonita, enclavada en una propiedad proyectada con muy buen gusto, con espacios exteriores exquisitos donde relajarse, comer y disfrutar. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, ¡y mucho más!, con especial mención a los detalles de bienvenida (agua, bebidas, café...). De las mejores casas en las que hemos estado. Alojamiento tranquilo con piscina privada

La piscina es muy cómoda con unas escaleritas que se disfrutan mucho en los días de calor. La zona es muy tranquila. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. No falta nada en la casa (vajilla, sartenes, cazuelas, cafetera, tostador, barbacoa, toallas....) Una estancia para disfrutar en familia. Los propietarios majisimos. No se puede pedir más.

Super Urlaub

Die Gastgeber sind wirklich toll - immer ansprechbar und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, der Grillbereich und der Pool runden die tolle Atmosphäre ab. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Parfait

Nous avons passé des vacances d'été fantastiques dans cette maison que nous avons louée avec mon mari et mon fils. L'emplacement est idéal, très proche de la ville de Gandia, une ville charmante et animée que nous avons adorée explorer. Le jardin est magnifique, très bien arboré et fleuri, créant un véritable havre de paix. La piscine était un véritable atout, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. La maison elle-même est extrêmement bien équipée, particulièrement pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Il y avait même une jolie chambre pour enfant, remplie de quelques jouets qui ont fait le bonheur de notre fils. Le logement était super propre et bien entretenu, avec une décoration soignée qui ajoutait une touche accueillante. Les propriétaires étaient très discrets, mais aussi très serviables si besoin. Plusieurs terrasses, un barbecue et une cuisine d'été à l'extérieur rendaient les repas en plein air très pratiques et agréables. Le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé est que les matelas étaient un peu durs pour ceux qui préfèrent une literie plus molle, comme nous À part cela, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances reposantes et agréables. Nous reviendrons !!!

Ideal para desconectar y descansar

Hemos pasado 2 semanas completamente desconectados. El único ruido es el murmullo de la autopista, a lo lejos. Al estar en el campo, tienes las ventajas (hasta ves ardillas) e inconvenientes (importante el repelente de mosquitos). En coche, a 15 minutos de una playa fantástica (aparcas si llegas pronto) y a 5 de supermercados. La piscina está fenomenal. Aunque pone 1,7m, realmente cubre 1,50m (+/-), por lo que puedes jugar perfectamente con los niños. Los dueños siempre han estado al tanto de las distintas necesidades que nos han surgido.

Fin de semana de relax

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de tranquilidad, la casa muy limpia y muy agradable, el jardín precioso y muy cuidado con muchos detalles. El trato con Santi y Cristina inmejorable, el entorno es muy bonito, con posibilidad de playa a 5 minutos en coche y excursiones por la montaña desde la casa del chalet. En fin una casa muy recomendable y a la que esperamos volver.
