Aardig huis, maar alleen voor in de zomer.

Na aankomst bleek de centrale verwarming niet te werken omdat de ketel steeds na een aantal minuten uitsloeg. Ook warm douchen was dus niet mogelijk. Twee monteurs verder bleek de ketel niet meer te redden en zou pas een aantal weken later vervangen kunnen worden. Als je zoals wij 3 maanden in de winter willen verblijven, dan is dat een reden om te vertrekken. Wat ook erg tegenviel was dat er ‘s-winters geen streepje zon in het huis of op het terras was te vinden. En dat is wel wat je in de winter juist graag wilt. Het hele huis met terras schuilt de gehele winter achter een berg. Voor ons jammer, maar voor een verblijf in de zomer is dit huis zeker aan te raden. Het huis is ruim, compleet en met een heerlijk zwembad en ruim voldoende terras en parkeermogelijkheid voor de auto.

Parfait pour découvrir la montagne et profiter de la plage. La piscine et l'espace repos , transats, est parfait Vous etes a 1h d'Alicante, et proche de Calp, Benidorm, Denia ....et 1 heure de Valence, 2 heures en train de Madrid(a faire) Nou

La maison est conforme Ă  la description de l'annonce

Vacances agréable cependant nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine durant une semaine. Elle était verte et trouble. Loin de nous dédommager il a été défalqué du remboursement de notre caution la somme de 90 euros de surcoût d'électricité alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation.

Cauchemardesque

Nous avons vĂ©cu une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience avec cette location, dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e il y avait un problĂšme d'eau chaude qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solu que 24h aprĂšs, eau de la piscine verte pendant les 2 premiers jours (sur 10 jours de vacances) et qui a Ă©tĂ© traitĂ© avec des produits chimiques donc impossible de se baigner sur ces deux jours. Il a plu le premier jour, en voulant descendre via l'escalier extĂ©rieur qui ne possĂšde pas de bandes antidĂ©rapantes j'ai chutĂ© sur les premiĂšres marches, j'ai eu plusieurs hĂ©matomes sur toute la partie gauche de mon corps, donc escaliers super dangereux... Et cerise sur le gĂąteau, nous n'avons pas eu de relevĂ© de compteur( eau, gaz et Ă©lectricitĂ©) ni Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ni au dĂ©part, nous avons eu la surprise lors du remboursement de la caution d'une dĂ©duction de 92€ pour soit disant un dĂ©passement sans aucune preuve, car pas de relevĂ© de compteur en notre prĂ©sence. AprĂšs avoir contactĂ© la plateforme Abritel, celle-ci m'a rĂ©pondu que pour eux il n'y avait pas de problĂšme et que c'Ă©tait normal. Donc, vigilance aux futurs hĂŽtes !!!

Summer vacation

Great relaxing place for small family; we loved the house and the pool as well as the area; pool and house even more beautiful than on pictures; house was very clean; great service by owner, easy to connect; handover well organized; only downside was aircon only central in the house (living area) - not in the bed room; overall had great holidays and can recommend this house
