Villa with private swimming pool, very quiet location, beach 6 km, town 4 km

The villa is located in Tossal Gros, on a green, quiet hillside studded with beautiful villas near the quiet seaside town of Oliva.
The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each one has its privacy, since the rooms are not adjacent. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a separate single bed.
There is a fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom has a bath and shower, the other just a shower. Both bathrooms have a toilet.
In the garden is a lovely private pool (8x4 meters) that is cleaned weekly.
The area is very quiet and green, the villa is situated on the edge of a forest in a dead end street. Yet there is plenty to explore in the area. Denia is 20 kilometers, 10 kilometers Gandia, even Javea, Calpe and Moraira are not far away. Oliva itself is a typical Spanish city, not yet flooded by mass tourism with a wide, long sandy beach (blue flag). Valencia (70 km) is to be reached by car or train. Javea and Denia are mouthwatering seaside resorts. From Denia you can go on excursion to Ibiza and Formentera.
In the naya you can enjoy a breakfast with the sun rising from behind the mountains. There is also a roof terrace for those who just can not get enough of the sun that shines here 300 days a year. TV, internet, satellite TV, iron, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ... Everything is there for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All windows have mosquito windows and shutters.
Sheets, bed linen are provided. Towel service (5euro / pp, 2 towels / pp)
There is a carport where the car is fresh and there is enough parking space on the street.
The area is also popular with golfers and cyclists. Well-known cycling teams come here on stage. Bikes can be hired in Oliva or Denia.

A wonderful family vacation

We had a very nice time in Nadine's lovely house. Fully equipped, everything you could need is there. The location of the pool is fantastic that itself is April the pool was nice and warmed up at the end of the day. Only downside is the location if you would not have a car, you are really on top of a mountain with phenomenal views. Overall: 9,5/10!!!

Fabulous place to stay .

Villa was spotless on arrival , Teresa was there to meet us . Everything was comfortable and there was everything we needed . The pool was a godsend morning , noon or night ! We had one little problem on our last night , when I had to call Teresa and she came straight over to help us . I cannot thank Nadine and Teresa enough for a hassle free , easy and relaxing holiday . We will be back next year !!

Quiet comfort

The house is as you see in the photographs. It is very well appointed and as we unfortunately had heavy rain for 2 days the sofas were extremely comfortable. There are three levels to enjoy the sun from when outside, all three offer different views. Lying by the pool looking out to the trees on the other side was quite relaxing. The house has everything you need and there are good supermarkets not too far away. As for dining out you do need to drive a few miles depending on your tastes. Finally the view on the drive up/down from the house looking north to Gandia is good. If we were to return to the area we would certainly check if Villa Nadine was available. All emails to Nadine were answered promptly and she sent a good fact sheet prior to our departure

Villa in a peaceful and spectacular location

This is an exceptional property in a unique location, near the end of a quiet residential road in a development of similar properties. There are fabulous views from the road approaching the development and amazing views from the house itself, particularly at the rear of the property which looks out over the wood below and across to the tree covered mountains behind. It is really stunning and we spent a lot of time trying to read by the pool, but actually just staring at the view! The sound of birdsong in the mornings is quite magical. The villa is ideally furnished and well equipped, it has everything you need and felt more like we were staying in someone's home rather than just a tourist villa. The neighbours on either side were also friendly and always greeted us when they saw us which was nice. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax or eat outside including a rood terrace and a huge pool area at the bottom of the garden. Given that the house is on the side of a hill looking out over mountains, it is the view that you will enjoy most during your stay and also miss long after you have left...! We loved sitting outside and using the pool, it really is an excellent facility and quite private too. A very relaxing holiday. It is essential to hire a car to get to the nearest towns for shopping or eating - there are good supermarkets in Oliva and Denia is a good resort to wander round and eat with a large beach too. We also travelled by train to Valencia (approx. 1 hour journey) from a nearby town, which was easy and cheap to book, so you can easily enjoy the mix of rural, beach and city choices whilst staying here. All in all, this is a location that I cannot recommend enough and we sincerely hope to return one day. The owner is also extremely helpful and we had occasional questions which were always answered promptly by email - both before, during and after the vacation. They could not have been more helpful or friendly and this was very much appreciated.

La estancia muy tranquila por la ubicación y la piscina perfecta. La atención de Teresa perfecta.Pero hubo detalles que no nos gustaron y esperamos que esto sirva para corregir y mejorar el alojamiento.A la llegada tuvimos que esperar unos 20 minutos para entrar. La puerta de entrada rota y la zona para el coche con sombra deficiente, ambas no podían cerrarse.En la cocina suciedad en el extractor y la falta de menaje unido a que no tiene lavavajillas tienes que fregar vasos, cubiertos y platos constantemente. En el dormitorio junto a la cocina el ventilador de techo no se ha limpiado en mucho tiempo.Mosquiteras con agujeros.Sala de estar y balcón donde está la mesa para comer cerrado sin aire acondicionado y ventanas sin mosquiteras.Escalera de acceso a la piscina sin iluminación. Hay más pero no me voy a extender y reitero mi intención que el alojamiento debe mejorar

Super Haus mit Pool!

Wir haben in Nadines Haus eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht!Das Haus hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Natürlich ist der Pool das Highlight des Hauses, hier hatten unsere Kinder besonders viel Spaß :-)

Séjour fantastique

Un séjour merveilleux entre mer et forêt. Nous avons apprécié énormément la piscine avec la vue sur la forêt. Ce retour au calme nous a fait le plu grand bien. Leuk huis met prachtig zwembad

Leuk huis met alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie. Hoog in de bergen dus wel erg afgelegen. Jammer dat er geen airco is in de woonkamer en keuken. Koken in de keuken met 40 graden is dan geen pretje. Zwembad is fantastisch met een prachtig uitzicht. De ontvangst van Teresa was erg goed. De keuken is basic. Borden en bestek waren soms niet heel schoon.

Einfach Erholung pur

Wir waren von der ruhigen Lage, der schönen Aussicht und dem tollen Pool echt begeistert. Besser geht Erholung eigentlich nicht. Im Ort selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und der Strand war einfach schön. Wenn man ruhige Tage genießen will sehr zu empfehlen.

Séjour incroyable !

Une très belle villa bien équipée avec une magnifique piscine. La vue sur la forêt est juste incroyable ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de détente au calme. La plage d'Oliva n'est pas très loin et est très grande. Encore un grand merci à Nadine qui a toujours était accueillante et disponible tout au long du séjour !

Rustgevend verblijf.

Wij hebben een leuk en ontspannen verblijf gehad. Hoog in de bergen met nauwelijks contact (Corona Tijden) met een propere privé zwembad. De kinderen hadden het volledig naar hun zin. We dronken onze koffie midden in de natuur terwijl de vogels floten en de kinderen, eekhoorns, libellen en kleine salamanders zagen. Deze locatie is een aanrader om te genieten van de rust en de stranden zijn prachtig en kindvriendelijk en niet overbevolkt. Dank je Nadine voor jouw gastvrijheid en correcte communicatie.

Sencillamente... ¡¡FANTÁSTICO!!

Estuvimos desde el Jueves al Domingo, que después de hablar con las propietarias, nos dejaron estar mas tiempo. Así que aprovechemos el domingo y salimos después de comer. La comunicacion tanto con Teresa como con Nadine fue rápida y precisa desde primera hora. La casa, estupenda. Muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para estar como en tu propia casa. La piscina muy limpia. Unas vistas a la montaña increíbles. El pueblo está a escasos 7 minutos en coche con todos los servicios necesarios: supermercados, bancos, restaurantes, etc... La playa a 10 minutos, en los días que estuve, muy tranquila. En fin...Si buscáis tranquilidad, relax, buenas vistas pero sin renunciar hacer alguna escapada a la "civilización" , esta es vuestra casa. 100% recomendable. Muchas gracias a Nadine y Teresa por todo. Me la guardo en mis favoritos y seguro que haremos otra escapada al mismo sitio.

Great place

Great place to relax, view of forest with owls hooting at night, what's not to like? Mosquitos were a nuisance until we found coils and spray. No bars or shops within walking distance, so stock up before you arrive. Good selection of DVDs
