This beautiful villa is located in the well-known area called Monte Pego. The villa has just been completely refurnished, and is very fresh on the rental market. From every corner you can enjoy a panoramic view over the sea and the famous rice fields, which you have to see in live! Outside, the house has a wind-protected pool terrace (glazed), with an 8 x 4 m private pool, a brick barbecue and also a barbecue on wheels, so barbecues can't fail.
The Space:
The house has everything your heart desires, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, Phillips L´Or capsule coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob and much more, the house has a total of 5 warm / cold air conditioning units as new , underfloor gas central heating in the upper main floor, 2 large smart TVs, stereo system, 6 deck chairs, outdoor shower hot / cold, a portable grill and a brick grill area, washing machine, dryer, nice sitting areas, awnings and much more ...
Bed size: 3 double bed with 1,50m x 1,80m and 1,50m x 1,90m and 2 double bed with 2 mattresses 0,90m x 1,90m.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Where is this dream house? You will find our Villa Canarios in a beautiful and quiet location on Monte Pego, although the street is officially part of Denia. The distance to the next beach (les Deveses) is approx. 7 km or to the beach (Oliva Nova) it is approx. 9 km. Both localities in the vicinity, Pego or El Vergel, are both approx. 5 km away, and there you will find many shops (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.), and our popular city Denia would be approx. 13 km away. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about an hour's drive.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 500 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- x1 high chair for 20€/baby
- x1 cot for 20€/baby
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
In accordance with the current regulations on tourist rentals in the Valencian Community (updated in August 2024), this property can only be rented as a seasonal rental with a minimum stay of 11 nights.

For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. The bank may ask you to authorise the full payment. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.
It has the following Rental Registration codes:

Interaction with Guests:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. Shortly before your arrival we will contact you by instant messaging to facilitate communication.
