About this property

Very well maintained villa in Els Poblets with beautiful Mediterranean garden and a large private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one of them is on the upper floor and the other two on the lower floor and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. To keep fresh on summer nights, the house has 3 splits A/C (2 on the bedrooms and one in the living room) and for the cold winter time it has electric radiators throughout the house and a fireplace in the living room. Outside you will find a nice kitchen to enjoy of barbecues days on a cozy terrace. A sunny roof terrace on the upper floor to enjoy the Mediterranean sun or where you can enjoy the evening appointments and the stars. The house also has a central locking system, one key for all doors! Of course we also have space for your car, you have a garage plus a parking space directly in front of the garage on the property.

To note!!!!
All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of departure.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Lovely spacious Villa
