Over Lea Barn is a barn conversion resting on the outskirts of New Mills. It houses one king-size double with en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, sleeping up to two people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside, there is off-road parking and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. Over Lea Barn is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Derbyshire!
Amenities: Eco central heating and woodburning stove. Oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Smart TV, Sonos system, Tablet and WiFi. Coffee Machine, tea and coffee pods provided. • Power inc. in rent, plus one basket of logs. Additional logs can be purchased on-site. Bed linen and, bathrobe, towels, inc. in rent. Hairdryer.
