This beautiful 5 bedroom, 2800 sq. ft. home will be perfect for your family, whether you are seeking to relax by the fireplace or want to enjoy all of the outdoor activities offered in Sunriver and the surrounding areas. The chef in your group will love the fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. For your entertainment, there are 5 TV's, 2 DVD players, an XBox 360 (includes XBox games), ping-pong table, and a large array of games, movies, and books for everyone in the family. Inside the fully fenced backyard is a hot tub, barbecue and new patio furniture. In case that wasn't enough, in the garage you will find 4 adult single speed cruiser bikes and 2 child bikes. This home includes 10 unlimited use SHARC passes for use during your stay, and Central A/C for hot summer days.

Excellent location! Being so close to Fort Rock Park and all of the amenities was perfect for our group of varying ages and things everyone wanted to do. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes/seasonings, etc. Bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the mudroom and garage were also so nice and spacious for all of our comings and goings. We all want to come back and stay awhile longer! I highly recommend staying here!

Short but sweet stay

Very close proximity to the Fort Rock Park! If you have kids, that’s great! Plenty of room for a group! Hot tub worked and was ready to go.

This was an exceptional home in so many ways. The kitchen was by far the most well appointed kitchen we have encountered in our years of renting, from the high end dishes (no chips!!), glasses, flatware and serving platters to the extensive collection of just about every kitchen gadget needed for cooking, baking and entertaining. And even knives that are sharp, wow. The location was perfect with a park for the kids just steps away and the Village/Water park.within walking and biking distance. The home is well furnished and immaculate. We give this lovely home a 10 out of 10 for comfort and affordability.

Great location & layout

This home is the perfect location - close to the park and trails, yet the fully fenced backyard gives you more privacy than most Sunriver homes. The layout accommodated our two families with children nicely. The kitchen is very well stocked. We appreciated the wide selection of games and bikes. This home has everything you need to enjoy Sunriver.

Awesome house

The house was represented well! We over all was very happy with the amenities and the house. The only issue is one bedroom did not get the sheets changed before we came, we had to wash the sheets before we could stay in the bed. Easy mistake and did not taint our stay.

Wonderful property for a family get away!

The house was more than I expected. We had a mini family reunion 10 adults and 2 children, and had plenty of room. The house is very well stocked. No shortage of anything. Kitchen generously equipped, towels were more than ample, beds were comfortable. Several family members are thinking about renting in the future if it is still available. Also, wonderful location for little children in the family as it is a short walk to the park, and the yard is fenced. We had a wonderful time!!

SPLENDID HOME IN SUNRIVER

The rental home is happily situated in the SUNRIVER area with a big playground (complete with everything a child or the young-at-heart adult would want) right behind the property with an easy access. The house has enough areas for different groups of the family to assemble in -- with tvs and entertainment everywhere. The fully stocked kitchen is a delight for the chef in the family, the beds are all very comfortable, the rooms are bright and spacious. We enjoyed using the bikes and the table tennis in the garage was a hit! The Arrived customer service is top-notch! They were very responsive and helpful beyond what you'd expect. I would stay at this house again for sure!

Beautiful home and location

This house was great for our group. We were surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked (pots, pans, pantry herbs and spices). Kids had a great time with the ping pong table and bikes for riding to the park directly behind the house. We will definitely be back!

Super House

This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed at in Sunriver. We have been vacationing there for over 30 years. It was spacious, fully decked out, and so relaxing!! We loved the kitchen, the hot tub and a fireplace!! The whole family voted that we will return to this house again!! It is an excellent spot for families with children as it is right in Fort Rock’s playground’s backyard.

Best stay in Sun River so far

We've had a lot of great homes in Sun River and we think we enjoyed this one the most. Great property and great location if you have little people with the park beyond the back yard.

Would stay there again!

Very well stocked house. Didn't need to go buy anything in the way a kitchen supplies when we went to cook. Plenty of bedding, towels, tools, etc. Plenty of room for all 9 of our family members. They check in with you and make sure everything is going well, which I loved because I had a few questions that were answered very promptly.The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is because the Sharc passes only allowed us to use the swimming pool and tiny weight room. From the site it seemed we should have been able to use all that the facility had. Just don't get your hopes up to use the passes for much. Also the garage was packed with boxes, so using the ping pong table was not much fun because the balls kept getting lost in the boxes and bikes.
