Home Away from Home- Short Walk To Beach- Cozy Beach Cottage

Less than a 2-minute walk to the beach from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-story cottage. A large deck surrounds the front with a nice outdoor shower in the back (cold/hot). We are a Family Rental Only. Families will enjoy the many activities in Fernandina Beach: putt-putt, golf, canoeing, surfing, bike riding, shopping, the beach, and more.
The island hosts many local restaurants that are only a short walk from the house.

I have been coming to Fernandina Beach for many years. Fortunately, I was able to purchase this home to share with family, friends and guests.

What makes this property unique

The front deck is private enough to enjoy time with family and friends.
A few local restaurants (Sliders & The Surf) are only a beach stroll away. Our Beach access, #24, does not have public parking, therefore, the beach area is not as congested.
