Welcome to our wonderful luxurious garden-villa in the beautiful Bakers Hill in Puerto Princesa City!

We offer a full house with 12 rooms, 5 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 4 bathrooms at about 320 sqm (3440 sq feet) on two floors. Beautiful landscape, fresh air, wonderful view to the mountains and embedded in a paradise garden of 3000 sqm (32,290 sq feet).

Enjoy our large pool (about 15 x 6 m or 50 x 20 feet), the fresh fruits in the garden, the exotic smell of beautiful flowers, the sundown view on the terasse or balcony. Give you and your familiy the perfect stay in paradise.

Nice neighbourhood (this area is the best place for expatriates to stay) completely fenced and safe, additional houses/rooms for service personal, badminton-square, secure water and energy supply.

Palawan is the no. 1 booming Island in the world so be sure to get your place in paradise. For the ones who worked a lot in their life and want to enjoy beautiful life now. The best place under the sun.

Palawan is secure, no typhoons here, no vulcano activity, no earthquakes. Good and safe political and social surroundings.

We can offer you additional service-personal for garden, cooking, housekeeping or nanny, just ask us. It is possible for the personal to stay in the house in separate rooms.

There are famous beaches arround, in Puerto Princesa City there are huge malls (very big SM-Mall, exclusiv Robinson-Mall) and you can get everything there. Hospital and school and doctors in the nearest distance. Find the booming nightlife and a lot of nice restaurants in the center of town about 10 km away. Sehr schöne Villa! Perfekt für größere Reisegruppen die sich selbst versorgen möchten:)

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen. Großzügige Zimmeraufteilung, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Garten mit Volleyballnetz, sauberer Pool und sehr Hilfsbereite Caretaker vorort 🤗 Leider etwas abgelegen von der Zivilisation, aber wer sich mit Essen und Getränken für den Aufenthalt dort eindeckt, hat auch keinen Grund diese wunderschöne Villa über diesen Zeitraum zu verlassen 🔝😊
