Only 100m from the Barolo Palace and 300m from the Plaza Congreso. 200m from Avenida 9 de Julio, 400m from Av Corrientes, 600m from Obelisco, 400m from Cafe Tortoni. Near Florida Street and the San Telmo Neighborhood. An excellent opportunity to stay in Buenos Aires.

With design and style, artistically decorated. Every detail is taken care of. Two bedrooms, one of them very spacious and elegant with 2x1,80 King size bed, 50 inch TV, wardrobe and other amenities. Two bathrooms, one of them with 2 seater Jacuzzi. Kitchen integrated with the living room. Fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, nespresso machine, and all utensils. 50-inch TV and 3-seater sofa.

The unit was in a very convenient location. Just a few steps away from a subway station and two blocks away from the main avenue in the city central. The unit was spacious, roomy, and clean. The check-in process was easy. If you're looking to stay in the city central, this is a great unit to rent.

A very special place in the heart of Buenos Aires…

Loved, loved, loved this place!!! It’s a lovely and romantic apartment with gorgeous tile work, exotic Moorish lights on dimmers, a spacious and well laid out accommodation. It has a great kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, air conditioning. We loved coming “home” to this place…. It’s very central to everything in BA, and provided us with an oasis of comfort. There’s also two flat screen tv’s for watching movies, tv series etc. The owners speak very good English, are very helpful, and are responsive. They met our every need. My husband and I honestly slept “like babies” each night with the a.c and ceiling fan on in the Master. We stayed at this place for a month and made it our home away from home!! I cannot say enough…. Summer in Buenos Aires

I spent a lovely summer (mid-Dec to mid-April 2025) in this comfortable and eclectic apartment. The turn of the century building with a marble lobby and charming Cage Elevator sits on an iconic street, just steps from the Barolo Palace. The apartment could not be more centrally located with convenient access to the subway, buses and cabs, just outside your door. The apartment features wood floors, beautiful tile and iron work, Moroccan lighting fixtures, large windows, a very large kitchen and good separation of bedrooms which made having friends staying with me very comfortable. Two separate A/C units kept the home cool and comfortable all summer. The neighborhood has a good mix of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, markets and serves which makes it great for long term rentals or short vacation trips. Communication with the owners was very good. They offer advice and references for airport transfers and money exchange and were available to assist with unexpected situations, like locking myself out of the apartment and being flexible with my checkout when the airlines delayed my flight for 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again. It a great base for enjoying all that Buenos Aires has to offer.
