This is my second time staying at the same location. The whole staff from security to housekeeping is very professional and helpful. Communication is fluid between the guests and management. Very centralized and secure place in the city. I’ll recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Dan - Recoleta stay

Wonderful and safe property, plus the location. There is a park at walking distance to exercise and run. The property has security 24/7, washer and dryer, and a very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place and I planning to reserve again.

Lovely Loft

Very nice and clean with helpful security staff. Marcelo was very informative. The rooftop pool was a great bonus. Sun umbrellas and more lounge chairs that weren’t broken would have been nice to make use of the spacious deck.

Modern retreat in the city

The apartment was clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, and equipped with everything we needed. We felt safe walking around at night thanks to the secure location. Sergio, the host, was responsible and accommodating.

Fantastic Apartment

A beautiful apartment building in the heart of the city. Spacious, 2 floor apartments with plenty of light (but also with blackout curtains). The managment team of the building is very kind and supportive. I've visited BAs over the years, and this apartment is a highlight of my stay. Book it.

Great Value

The property is exactly as depicted in the photos. Super value (I confirmed the pruce twice thinking that there was an error). One housekeeping experience in a four nihht stay which was a great surprise. The hosts and staff are super responsive. Only negative is I don’t think it is located in Recoleta which was important to me. Recoleta adjacent by 2-3 km maybe. Still, happy to have stayed here.

As Lovely as Advertised

We were impressed with what was promised at this apartment and got exactly what was advertised - a spacious and beautiful loft apartment that is true to the photos, very clean, and in a strategic location in Recoleta that is also close to Palermo. The facilities include everything one might want for both a short and long-term stay: the apartment has an adaptable bedroom (the host is flexible to the beds needed) and fully functional kitchen, and the building includes a shared laundry room and pool. The security and staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and others in the building were very respectful. We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment. We would recommend this apartment to everyone!

3 months in Recoleta

I stayed at the Loft for 3 months from mid November - mid February. Overall the loft was a fabulous living situation. I loved the balcony, the people who worked in the building, and the general location if you don’t want to be in crazy Palermo. The only thing that could be improved is updating the AC unit. It was a mild summer but I still felt hot at night and needed an additional fan to help cool me. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent apartment

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week in this comfortable apartment. The location was perfect for walking around; it felt safe and not touristy but with plenty to do nearby. Very quiet and good for focusing or sleeping late, even with the windows open. The host helped us with everything we needed. This included running our clothes to a laundry service and loaning us travel adapters for some of our electronics that we didn’t have. The security guards at the door were very helpful and nice. The internet worked well enough for video calls, but it worked best when sitting close to the router. From the upstairs desk only audio calls were stable. It worked out well for us. We would definitely stay again in the future.

I've visited Buenos Aires several times over the years, and this property is the best, without a doubt. From check in, to check out, without a single hitch or concern. The area is central, the apartment is beautiful and warm, as well as the staff that help support it. I appreciate having this space whenever I go to Buenos Aires, and I hope to return many many times over the years to come. He visitado Buenos Aires varias veces. por años, y esta propiedad es la mejor, sin duda! Desde el check in hasta el check out, sin ningún problema ni preocupación. El área es central, el apartamento es hermoso y cálido, así como el personal que ayuda a mantenerlo.
