A newly furnished lower ground floor flat set in one of Cheltenham's historic Regency town houses, with free street permit parking. Ideally located close to the popular shops, restaurants and parks of Montpellier with good access to the train station. Perfectly suited for couples & solo/ business traveller looking to have good walking access to what the town has to offer. Comfort is paramount in the flat, crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen, new King size bed with award winning mattress, unlimited Hi speed WIFI and a Smart TV are all there to make sure you have a great place to relax whilst visiting Cheltenham.

Set in a beautiful Regency building the flat is a spacious one bedroom lower ground floor flat with large sash windows.

The living room: A large, spacious room. The room features two large sofas, coffee table and a 'smart' TV with good access to all freeview channels and internet capabilities for Netflix. For dining there is an extendable circular table with two very comfortable modern arm chairs, the extendable nature of the table is perfect if you need to spread out your work.

The Kitchen: Off the Living space is a large, airy kitchen with all the ameneities you would expect of a modern kitchen, listed below.

There is also a DAB radio with Bluetooth to allow you to listen to all your favourites! Guests are also provided with staples such as coffee, tea, sugar and fresh milk on arrival to get you settled in.

Bathroom: Moving from the living space you will enter a hallway from which you access the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and fitted with a bath and shower option. Water pressure is very good and above the basin is a large mirror.

Bedroom: The second door off the hallway leads to the bedroom, which aims to be luxurious and modern. The room has a King size bed (complete with an award winning Emma Hybrid mattress) and Egyptian cotton linen. Blackout roman blinds are installed to ensure the best nights sleep possible. A wardrobe with drawers, additional chest of drawers, full length mirror and bedside tables with lamps complete the furniture in the room. There is also a hairdryer available.

Parking: An on - street parking permit is provided throughout your stay to ensure you're able to keep a car in the centre of town. There is always plenty of space available for permit holders.

Amazingly wonderful

Renting this property was absolutely lovely. Could not have had a more wonderful stay. Location was perfect. Able to walk everywhere, restaurants and pubs super and the train station what a beautiful walk among the trees. If I ever have the opportunity to go back I would not hesitate at all. Base camp for Cotswolds tour.

This was a comfortable and roomy apartment with everything we needed in a central location. It is close to grocery stores and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Roomy and comfortable property with parking on the road outside. Montpellier is the nicest area of Cheltenham in our opinion and this apartment could not be more convenient for Restaurants and shopping..

Excellent

We were really pleased with the apartment overall. We did however, just think of a few things which would have been useful during our stay, which we sent a message to the owner about. This was not anything that upset our stay. We had a slight problem with the hot water at first, but owner was helpful and it ended up something silly in the end which we did laugh about. The apartment was really nice and cosy and we absolutely loved our stay.

Lovely Stay

We had a really lovely stay over the New Year, the flat was very clean and sto ked with all essentials needed. Situated within 3 minute walk to bars and restaurants, the location was perfect. Alex was on hand with any questions we had. We will hopefully be back soon.

Love Cheltenham

Spacious flat, very comfortable and a very short walk to the centre of Cheltenham. Parking was easy to organise through Alex and everything we needed was in the flat, including fresh milk to have a cuppa when we arrived. Had planned to visit local area but loved walking around Cheltenham so much we only had two days out and about in the car. Restaurants, coffee bars and tea shops in abundancy - needed more time in this gem of a place to to visit a few more. Great base. Would recommend.

Lovely large Apartment

The apartment is very spacious, clean and quiet. The location is great and just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Modern bathroom, comfortable bed, sofas and a large smart TV in the lounge. Parking permit and clear instructions are provided and Alex, the owner, was very approachable and helpful. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the boiler in the bedroom cupboard, but a carbon monoxide alarm is in the bedroom for safety. We would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend this property.

Pleasant property

Property was nice and clean and had been decorated recently. The outside looks tired and the view out the bedroom window was of a scruffy unkept garden. There was plenty of on street permit parking avaliable. The property was very handy for Cheltenham with just a 10 minute walk into town where there were plenty of places to eat and drink and there is a sainsbury local, tesco express, Co op and an Iceland in town. Shame the door on the bedroom kept sticking on the carpet and the bathroom door didn't stay closed. Also the only window that opened was the bedroom one and this only opened about 6 inches so if it was very warm you wouldn't be able to cool the place down.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy a break in Cheltenham. Very comfortable bed and lounge furniture. Could not be better placed for central Cheltenham as only 3 minutes walk to Montpelier. On road permit parking was good

Comfortable lower ground floor large flat.

The property is spacious and furnished well. Good TV and kitchen. Private. No real noise from other flats. Walking distance from town centre. Generally a pleasant stay.

Great Flat in Great Location

We had a lovely weekend staying in this charming, well decorated Flat - It was clean, warm, well furnished and comfortable and was kitted out with everything we needed. Communication with Alex before, during and after our stay was great and easy and he had arranged a parking permit for us as promised. The flat is in a great, quiet location - perfectly placed just a short walk from our favourite shops and restaurants (including the former Montpellier Café which we were delighted to find has now reopened as Gallimores - a must for fab brunches!) . We have stayed in several other properties in this part of Cheltenham and this one is definitely our favourite - it will be our first choice for future visits. Thanks Alex

Perfect!

We were looking for a town centre apartment to stay in whilst helping our family move house. The property matched the description, communication between the owners and ourselves was very efficient with accurate instructions regarding access etc. The accommodation was welcoming, well equipped, clean and inviting - very comfortable bed!
