Self-contained annex close to all transport links in Glasgow's West End
Comprising one double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers. Separate sitting room with and desk and chair, free WIFI, TV, two easy chairs, kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Showeroom and toilet. Please note there are no kitchen facilites. Own entrance through rear of property, four steps to entrance. Use of shared back-garden with owner.
We are close to Partick underground (tube) and Partick, Hyndland and Jordanhill railway stations approx. 15 mins walk. SEC, Hyro and Armadillo are one stop on the train from Partick. Numerous direct bus routes to the City Centre, University of Glasgow, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital close by. Glasgow airport is 15 mins drive away. Edinburgh is around 1 hour drive away (dependent on traffic) or 45 mins by train every 15 mins from Queen Street Station.
Easy access by car to M8, M74, Clyde Tunnel and to Loch Lomond.
Numerous shops, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance.

Very easy to get to the bus and everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe and comfortable here. The hosts are lovely and helpful. The places in Glasgow are fantastic but the people are even better. Stop by The Glasgow Art Club exhibition if it’s on.
It was a great place. Bedroom, Bathroom, and Sitting Room. I felt perfectly comfortable the entire time I was there. It’s a great place to stay, not too far from the city with easy access to multiple bus stops. I would stay here again given the opportunity.
You get what it says. A bedroom and bathroom and small sitting area. But, that is all we needed. Very clean. Nice garden area for sitting. Only negative is matress needs boxboard or plywood. The spring matress would pop thru the slats. But, otjerwise wonderful place. Thank you Nigel and Nadia for sharing your Beautiful home!
Great stay. You might have included directions about how to get to the nearest bustop on Dumbarton. It would have been great to leave my luggage somewhere an hour or two earlier. As it was, waited 2 hours at airport after my flight arrived at noon. An occasional bit of flexibility required in certain circumstances. Accommodation suited me nicely.

We could have let you drop off luggage and would have happily directed you to the bus stop. We always try to be as flexible as possible. We are pleased the accommodation suited you. I booked the room for my son, as he had drama school auditions in Glasgow. He was so happy and comfortable, and he had plenty of practice space. The owners were friendly and unobtrusive. They even let me know that he had forgotten an item. Unfortunately, my son had already flown to his next audition. He was able to be very well rested for both of his callbacks. Highly recommend.

We recommend this property and would stay again. We were toastie but the hosts helpfully provide heaters to use as needed. The annex was bijou but perfectly fine for we two. We also fell foul of not reading the listing properly on booking and re-reading the week before, read there weren't any kitchen facilities. As a suggestion, maybe it would be worth providing a small hotel-style fridge with ice box. Also, a voile or similar on the front door for privacy. Thanks Nigel & Nadia for a good week!
Everything went smoothly during our visit. The bedroom is small, so for two people getting to and from the wardrobe can be challenging if both moving around at the same time. Please note that there is no kitchen (I didn't read the property description fully!) however tea and coffee and kettle are provided. The garden with garden chairs and table would have been an excellent place to sit and chat had the weather been more clement.

La salle de bain est récente et beaucoup de rangement sont disponibles dans la chambre.- : Les portes en générale ne se ferment pas correctement, le parquet de la chambre/couloir craquent bruyamment et la porte donnant sur le logement des propriétaires n'est pas bien isolée. Un micro-ondes et un petit frigo seraient les bienvenus.On recommande ce logement !
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war schön geräumig. Da wir in der Nacht ankamen war der Eingang etwas schwer zu finden, doch es war von den Gastgebern gut beschrieben.
In der Wohnung war es ein bisschen kühl, also am besten Hausschuhe oder dicke Socken mitbringen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. .
Nigel and Nadia were very friendly and helpful hosts. The property was perfect for my needs, on business trip to Glasgow, plenty of good eating and drinking establishments nearby. With buses and subway nearby easy to reach the centre and other parts of Glasgow. I would happily recommend this property and use again.
I was so happy to have found Nigel and Nadia's place. It was perfect for my needs, somewhere to stop for a little while as `I needed somewhere for an extended period of time. Enter thought the back wooden gate and into a very pretty garden to your own front door!... very comfortable, very quiet, and feels safe as houses! and its charming! as are Nadia and Nigel!
Its a little 10 min.walk to the main road for public transport , though its very pretty. `I dont drive so was relying on public transport. `Partick train station is about a 15 - 20 min walk with great little cafes on the way.
I would absolutely recommend this gem to anyone who is looking for somewhere quite convenient and still tucked away. `An absolute delight!

The annexe is in a beautiful elegant Edwardian house in a quiet neighbourhood. lt was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Thankyou Nigel & Nadia. Highly recommended.
