Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas is a 150 m² dwelling that offers all the amenities for a comfortable and exclusive stay. Located on a hill, this fenced property guarantees maximum privacy, with high walls that isolate the neighbouring house, creating a calm and safe environment for the whole family. The spacious parking area allows children to play freely and safely within the enclosed plot.



The exteriors are divided into three main areas: a porch with a summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, stove and sink, ideal for family lunches in the shade; a wooden pergola with a noble table to enjoy unforgettable outdoor meals; and a pool and jacuzzi area (with additional cost) illuminated to refresh or relax while contemplating the impressive views.



Accommodation description



Inside, the modern American kitchen with high-end appliances and a large window overlooking the pool, offers a bright and functional space, connected to a cosy living room with a fireplace and television, perfect for warm nights and family moments.



The ground floor has three double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, exterior windows that provide natural light and individual air conditioning for total comfort. On the upper attic floor, there are two single-bed rooms and a small living room with a sofa bed and television, ideal for accommodating two extra places.



The accommodation has a sophisticated WIFI system for indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring connection in all areas. Additionally, it is informed that during the stay there may be pool and outdoor maintenance, with prior notice to the traveller.



For families with babies, a cot and high chair are included upon request, and the accommodation has two bathrooms, one of them located in the outdoor area next to the barbecue. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for greater comfort.



It is important to mention that the outdoor jacuzzi has an extra supplement that must be contracted at least two days in advance of arrival.



The estate is surrounded by nature, with views of the mountain and garden, and is strategically located a short distance from various attractions and services: 22 km from the beaches of Fuengirola, 5 km from Alhaurin Golf course, 4 km from Alhaurín el Grande with supermarkets and restaurants, 23 km from Málaga international airport, and near water parks and attractions.



Among its facilities, the following stand out: private pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating, internet access, outdoor parking, and a fully equipped American kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and more utensils for a comfortable and practical stay.
