Villa Huerta de las Rosas is a luxury farmhouse with history dating back to 1890, completely renovated in 2021 to combine its rustic charm with modern amenities. Located on a private plot of 1,300 m², this holiday villa with a private pool offers an ideal space to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. The property stands out for its sunny outdoor pool, surrounded by gardens, a pergola with a table for outdoor dining and a covered area with a barbecue and support kitchen for unforgettable moments. Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a reception area, a living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, an independent kitchen with dining area and a spacious full bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower, all air-conditioned and with double glazing for optimal thermal and acoustic insulation. Additionally, the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation and ample private parking, facilitating comfort and connectivity during your stay. It is located just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, allowing you to combine rural relaxation with proximity to services and activities.
