Temporary accommodation solution in a perfectly equipped studio apartment to guarantee all the comforts according to the most modern standards and at the same time the charm of a 17th century farmhouse: exposed beams, terracotta floors, walls painted in the restful and healthy white with lime.
Great location, equidistant between Bologna (25 km exit of the Valsamoggia motorway) and Modena (16 km, Modena sud exit).
About 500 m from the house, there is a bus stop for CARPIGIANI GELATO UNIVERSITY, which is about 8/9 km away
