Country house completely renovated to offer a short rental service to tourists and to those who work with temporary contracts in the territory or who need a certain period of accommodation. Temporary accommodation solution in a perfectly equipped studio apartment to guarantee all the comforts according to the most modern standards and at the same time the charm of a 17th century farmhouse: exposed beams, terracotta floors, walls painted in the restful and healthy white with lime.
Great location, equidistant between Bologna (25 km exit of the Valsamoggia motorway) and Modena (16 km, Modena sud exit).
About 500 m from the house, there is a bus stop for CARPIGIANI GELATO UNIVERSITY, which is about 8/9 km away
In the heart of the Motor Valley ,Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ducati, Maserati and food-shopping-tour: Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar, mortadella.

Beautiful small apartment in the countryside next to a small town.Everything was as described - very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, very clean with regular cleaning (at least once per week), and amenities were provided on request. The host was very responsive and always willing to help or give advice when asked. The place is perfect to go around and explore all the beautiful small towns and nature around Emilia Romagna, either by bike or by car. The visit was absolutely worth the price, and I'll definitely come back again. :)
