For cycling enthusiasts, bike rentals are available, and well-maintained cycle paths lead to the heart of Cascais, the marina, and the beaches. On foot, it's a 15-minute stroll to the town center, 20 minutes to the Cascais train station, and a few minutes more to the nearest beach. The marina is accessible within a 30-minute walk. By car or bus, the journey to the town center takes less than 5 minutes.

* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €30.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €60.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
