Holiday home immersed in the green and fresh pine forest of Calaverde, but a stone's throw from the sea. Equipped with the comforts needed for all seasons. Ideal for the summer and suggestive in the other months of the year. Located halfway between the center of Pula and the beaches of Chia, it enjoys the proximity to the wonderful Calaverde beach, only 250m away from the house.
