Beachfront house located in Santa Margherita di Pula, with direct access to the Bernardini beach.
This chalet is located in Perla Marina . Residential area on the sea with exclusive access to the owners or residents of the homes . It is certainly the most beautiful and quiet around the coast of Pula, wide beach with white sand , clear sea that , given the location is not subject to the presence of algae. Location ideal for a family with children. The fellowship consists of seven parallel avenues that all go to the sea, with a single access from the SS 195 to 40,000 km closed by an electric gate . A short distance you will find the essential services such as markets , fishmonger, butcher , newsagent , bars, restaurants and pizzerias, reachable on foot through internal roads .

Directions to get there:
To reach the town of Santa Margherita di Pula you should get to Cagliari , plane or ferry , and then follow the SS 195 in the direction of Teulada. Reaching Pula proceed again for a few miles until you reach the fork in the road turning left leads to S. Margherita di Pula .
The resort is well positioned on the western side of the Gulf of Cagliari. The climate here is dry and sunny in the summer , and the orientation of the beach is conducive to families , and allows you to have the sea quite calm even during episodes of mistral , much appreciated by windsurfers and kitesurfers . The maximum temperatures reach around 30 ° C but are made bearable by the regime of breezes that generally is established along the coast. Even in winter, the climate here is mild and moderately sunny.
Santa Margherita di Pula
Various inputs allow the descent to the sea and the beaches take different names depending on the point at which you log on, or by hotel name closest to itself: starting from the north we have the beach of Nora, then follow each other Cala Verde, beach starfish , the Forte Village Resort , the beach Cistos , La Pineta, the Perla Marina , Riva dei Pini beach , Cala Marina and Pinus Village. In addition you get to the area of Chia in the direction of Cape Teulada .
Along the beach Bernardini , from Cala in Cala Verde Marina, people are allowed to drive only in the residence La Pineta and Cala Marina . The other 5 have private access to the beach and consequently uncrowded despite being considered one of the most beautiful South West coast .
The house is located in the residence Perla Marina between Forte Village Resort and Cala Marina .

Wir hatten zu viert einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Tolles, kleines Haus mit schönem Garten direkt am Meer mit menschenleerem Strand in den Herbstferien. Wunderbar warme Außendusche, Grill ebenfalls klasse. Wir hatten alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Ein Traum! Danke

l'accoglienza è stata ottima da parte del Sig Stefano, che ci ha dispensato consigli ed informazioni per tutta la durata della vacanza. La casa è piccola ma ben organizzata giusta per 4 persone. Fantastico il giardino. Piccola critica costruttiva: uno splitter aggiuntivo dell' aria condizionata al primo piano ci vorrebbe durante le giornate piu' calde.

Schönes Strandhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wenn Ende Oktober schon viele Restaurants etc. geschlossen hatten. Kein Problem mit den tollen Tipps von Stefano. Er war jederzeit mit Rat und Tat erreichbar und macht das toll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, das Wetter war noch sehr mild, die Strände nicht überlaufen. Auch der Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt im "eigenen" Garten. Alles bestens.

Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, aber die Terrasse bzw. der Garten und die Lage am Strand lässt einen nichts vermissen, wir haben es sehr genossen - danke auch an die Betreuung vor Ort!

Wunderschöner Ort zum entspannen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unserer Hündin sehr genossen. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Mit Stefano hatten wir einen tollen Verwalter und Begleiter der alles ermöglichte um unsere Wohlfühloase auch genießen zu können. Er hatte sogar am Wochenende für Montags einen Zahnarzttermin ausmachen können! Grazie Mille! Kurzum, es passte alles! Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Stefano! Wir kommen wieder! Tolle Lage, sehr hübsches Ferienhaus

Ein kleines, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in direkter Strandlage am Traumstrand. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt. Mietwagen sollte man haben, fussläufig ist kaum etwas zu erreichen.

Top für den Strandurlaub

Tolles Objekt für einen perfekten Strandurlaub! Der lange Sandstrand der Community war im August gut besucht aber nicht überfüllt und wunderschön mit glasklarem Wasser! Ausflüge zu den (überfüllten) Traumstränden aus dem Reiseführer kann man sich also getrost sparen. Ein Hinweis: Kinder sollten schon schwimmen können, da das Wasser auf den ersten paar Metern sofort ca. 1 m tief wird, danach wird es dann langsamer tiefer. Für unsere Jungs 9/14 war es daher kein Problem. Stefano war sehr nett und hat uns mit allen notwendigen Infos versorgt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Klasse Strandhaus direkt am Meer

Haus ist direkt am Meer gelegen. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Es hat einen sehr grossen und tollen Aussenbereich mit neuer Terasse und Holzstühlen. Von den Schlafzimmern aus kann man aus dem Bett den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Küche hat alles was man so braucht.

Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Manches mag vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein, aber das hat dem großartigen Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch getan. Wunderschöner Ort, wunderschöne Ferienanlage, traumhafter Strand. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und aus beiden Schlafzimmern ist phänomenal! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus unmittelbar am Strand

Von Anfang bis Ende alles so wie erwartet. Gute Lage direkt am Strand Ende Mai sehr ruhig im Umfeld, guter Naturstrand. Ausstattung des Hauses für 2 Personen ok, alles notwendige war da. Sehr sauber, toller Garten und Terrasse. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Villa mit wunderschönem Sandstrand

Erst einmal einen recht herzlichen Dank an Herrn Stefano (Vermittler). Er war zuvor kommend, sehr freundlich, überaus hilfsbereit. Es gibt jedoch eine Kleinigkeit zu beanstanden, aber deswegen wollte ich keinen Stern abziehen. Bei den Kleinigkeiten handelt es ich um das Fenster von einem Schlafzimmer, das beim Öffnen uns entgegen kam. Das Küchenfenster konnte man wegen einem Defekt nicht schließen und war permanent offen. Der Garten war schön angelegt, aber der Innenhof sieht sehr ungepflegt aus. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

Nach nunmehr 27 Ferienhäusern rund um die Insel war dieses Haus von der Lage, dem Traumstrand, dem kristallklaren, sauberen Wasser und der Lage her einzigartig und unbeschreiblich schön und Erholsam. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Strand ideal. Wir kommen wieder!

Wellenrauschen und Traumstrände

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Reihenhaus.Man schläft und frühstückt mit Wellenrauschen.Die Traumstrände von Chia sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, man kann wunderbar an der Küste wandern, gleich ab Haus nach rechts bis zum Steilufer und weiter mit tollen Ausblicken.An der Küste entlang zu fahren nach Teula, da verschlägt es einem oft vor staunen über die Schönheit die Sprache.In Pula und Nora kann man wunderbar essen und in Pula auch bummeln und einkaufen.Der Verwalter Stefano spricht sehr gut englisch und war immer sofort zu errreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.Ein kleines Manko die Küchenzeile ist sehr klein und nur für kleine Gerichte zum Kochen geeignet.Aber wir würden immer wieder kommen. Wir waren drei Erwachsen

Perfekter Urlaub

Ein wunderschöner Platz zum erholen. Schöner Garten mit Grill, im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Stefano .Es war sauber und wie beschrieben direkt am Strand. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen. Wir reisten mit unserer 2 Kindern 10 und 13.
