La casa ha una posizione eccezionale, è molto grande e spaziosa. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno e la doccia esterna. Le camere sono tutte climatizzate. L'host è stato reattivo alle ns richieste. La spiaggia sottostante si è ristretta ma penso che sia una cosa ciclica e devo dire ininfluente, puoi tranquillamente stare a prendere il sole in giardino e scendere per un bagno. Unico neo le zanzare credo dovute a un paio di ristagni d'acqua.

Splendida villa in una posizione incantevole

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa villa: posizione stupenda proprio davanti al mare. La villa è attrezzata con tutti i confort, bastano pochi passi per andare a fare il bagno, il giardino recintato permette di lasciare libero il proprio cane senza problemi. Le stanze sono molto belle e luminose, il giardino è splendido, dotato di lettini, sdraio, ombrelloni, doccia esterna etc.... Il proprietario inoltre è stato gentilissimo concedendoci la massima flessibilità nel check-in e check-out. Una vacanza perfetta, speriamo di poter ritornare presto

Très beau séjour dans un site de très bon niveau.

Propriété tout à fait agréable. Ameublement un peu vieillissant mais très adapté. Très bon accueil. Calme et tranquillité. Frais et de ménage de gestion trop élevés et non explicites pour ce qui concernent les frais de ménage.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig

Wir waren als Familie mit 9 Personen im August da . Der Vermieter war sehr nett . Das Haus ist Recht alt und es funktioniert fast nichts . Die Spülmaschine ging nicht an , der Herd und Backofen schmutzig. Teilweise waren Steckdosen im Haus und auch draußen mit Klebeband fexiert ( sehr gefährlich!) Die Badezimmer sind sehr alt und nicht sauber . Die Schränke konnte man auch nicht benutzen da sie Recht alt und aus Holz sind, riechen sie sehr modderig . Bei 9 Personen waren nur drei Ligen vorhanden und kein einziger Sonnenschirm. Abends war es sehr laut da der Vermieter im selben Haus neben an Wohnt, und er jeden Abend viel Besuch hatte. Wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub möchte ist das Haus leider nicht dafür. Der Welan hat nach drei Tagen auch nicht mehr funktioniert!!!! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht .

The location of being right on the beach was perfect and a short drive to many other beautiful beaches. The house was full of character, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Toller Urlaub auf Sardinien

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, besonders das klares, sauberes Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist Top, nur ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Das Haus ist groß mit einer gemütliche Veranda. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

grande maison sur la plage

La maison de Giacomo est très spacieuse et très bien équipée, elle offre une superbe vue sur la mer... Elle est bien située près du joli village de Pula et non loin de Cagliari. C'est un hôte très chaleureux et très attentionné.

Sehr schöne Lage. Man muss es rustikal mögen

Der rustikale Eindruck des Hauses und die wunderbare Lage werden sehr gut in der Anzeige widergegeben. Besonders rustikal sind Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, zu denen man ein "besonderes Verhältnis" aufbauen muss, damit sie funktionieren. Die Ausstattung ist zusammengesammelt, teilweise mit leichter Patina versehen. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich.

Grosse Villa mit viel Platz direkt am Meer

Wir haben vom 23.09. bis 07.10.2017 zwei schöne Ferienwochen in dieser Ville verbracht. Das Haus bietet wirklich viel Platz und ist allgemein in gutem Zustand, wenn auch nicht mehr ganz neu. Mit dem einen oder anderen klemmenden Fenster muss man also rechnen, aber das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Wenn das Meer ruhig ist, was eigentlich oft der Fall war, kann man herrlich ruhig vor dem Haus Schwimmen gehen. Der Meerboden ist Sand ohne Steine und 20m draussen ist das Wasser erst ca. 1.5m tief. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist somit auch für Kinder geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer unten ist sehr gross, aber etwas dunkel, da es keine grosse Fensterfront hat. Die gedeckte Veranda lässt viele Positionen des grossen Esstisches zu und man kann sich dort an den Schatten zurückziehen. Im Herbst geht die Sonne in Blickrichtung Meer auf. Somit erlebten wir eindrückliche Sonnenaufgänge. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei dieser Villa. Der Vermieter wohnt im linken Teil der Villa und kann bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort weiterhelfen.

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter, ruhige und angenehme Umgebung

Tolles, grosses Haus mit direktem Meerzugang. Unsere Jungs haben dies enorm genossen. Der Garten und der Sitzplatz erlaubt ein Leben im Freien. Das Haus hat 3 Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Sauberkeit ist i.O. - in den Bädern nicht in jeder Ecke bis ins letzte Detail, aber i.O. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufen ist in Pula möglich; auch feine Pizzerias und Gelaterias hat es in Pula. Jogging war möglich, halt einfach viel auf Hartbelag. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Top accomodation!

We (Family an relatives) enjoyed every day in this wonderful accomodation. The see is beautiful and you have your own private access. May you will miss the sandy beach - we (and even our 3 year old Girl) didn't missed it at all. If the Tide is low, there is very small sand shore, but sand in the water. If I will come back to Sardinia I will definitly need to come back to this place!

"Ein wunderschönes Haus, ...

"Ein wunderschönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet in einer Toplage direkt am Meer. Eine überdachte Veranda , die ein "Draussenleben" den ganzen Tag ermöglicht. Ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten mit dem Zugang zum Meer über eine Felstreppe. Wunderschöne Sandstrände sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar, ebenso wie das Städtchen Pula, das alles bietet, was man im Urlaub so braucht (nette Restaurants, schöne Geschäfte, Supermärkte) Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Abreise ist uns sehr schwer gefallen! Und wir kommen mit Sicherheit mal wieder! "

"We went as a family grou...

"We went as a family group of five and had a wonderful time at this house. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is perfectly situated, access to the sea from the garden is fantastic; it is very quiet and very relaxing. The house itself is very clean so you just feel as at home. The temperature in the house was very comfortable even without air conditioning. The house had everything that you need. Photos are the same as in reality. We would like to come there again, and would definitely recommend this place to our friends!"

"Voila nous avons eu la chance de louer cette charmante maison ler semaine d''octobre et de bénéficier de températures clémentes.Maison très bien équipée et très propre.Propriétaires discrets mais comme tout les Sardes prêts a tout pour vous rendre service et très sympathiques.Parking pour plusieurs véhicules a l''abri de tout les regards. Accès a la mer depuis la maison pour meilleurs nageurs que moi"je nage comme une pierre au fond de l''eau" (il y a des rochers),mais a quelques kilomètres de la maison des plages plus belles les unes que les autres vous attendent. Tout était parfait!!! Ce n''est pas la première fois que je loue des maisons part l''intermédiaire de ce site, je n''ai jamais été déçu, j''ai un chien je trouve beaucoup plus pratique de voyager de cette manière avec un animal,s''il fait trop chaud vous pouvez le laisser a la maison ce qui n''est pas le cas dans une chambre d''hôtel. A bon entendeurs Merci!"
