Lovely semi-detached house set in a lush green garden just 850m from the first of a series of beautiful beaches. The house is located in the top of a hill in a quiet and relaxing area. It has a large lawned garden and BBQ. Available year round, even for short stays. Guided tours and tours of the best surfing spots on request. It consists of: Living room with well furnished and equipped kitchen, sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed with 3 beds (1 double + 1 single), 1 inside bathroom with shower and a 2nd bathroom with shower with access fronm the veranda, fully equipped veranda and private garden.

Beutiful stay

We had a beautiful stay in Chia and enjoyed the house and the beaches in the area. The House is on a hill with nice surroundings and view to the valley on the back side. It is a lovely place to visit.

Very nice house for a family with kids. The location is fantastic as it is close to the wonderful beaches of Chia, although with the summer heat, the car is always necessary. The house has all that is necessary for cooking and the mid-stay cleaning was a very good value for money. Betty is an attentive host, always available and cheerful. Highly recommended

Great Family Vacation @ Villetta Chia

We spent a wonderful week at Villetta Chia with our family of 5. Betty is a very nice host who supported us in every way. The appartment fitted perfectly to our needs. It was clean and well equipped. The garden and the hill-view was enjoable. Beaches are within few minutes drives. Thanks a lot again, Betty!!!

Très bon choix pour ce secteur

Cette maison très calme et très bien équipée (une chambre couple et une chambre jusqu’à 3 enfants ou un adulte en solo) est très bien située pour profiter des magnifiques plages du secteur. Plusieurs restaurants de qualité dans un rayon de 15’ Betty est de surcroît une hôtesse charmante et très accommodante.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit privaten Dschungel in Chia

Das Ferienhaus hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Vor allem der eigene Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, mit all den tollen Pflanzen fühlt man sich wie im eigenen Dschungel. Das Haus bietet wie beschrieben Platz für eine Familie mit max. 3 Kinder oder 4 Erwachsene. Das Haus ist gut ausgetattet und deckt den Grundbedarf vollunfänglich ab. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die liebe Betty welche einen super Job macht. Bei Fragen hilft sie sehr gerne aus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Platz für Ruhe

Die größten Pluspunkte des kleinen Hauses sind die weitläufige überdachte Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten. Da das Haus am Nordhang eines kleines Berges mit reichlich Baumschatten liegt, ist dies dem Klima im Sommer recht zuträglich. Umgekehrt, kühlt es in kalten Wetterperioden auch leichter aus, in dem Fall sollte man warme Hausschuhe mitbringen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist insgesamt recht vollständig. Betty, die freundiche Eigentümerin wohnt im Nebeneingang und spricht übrigens vorzüglich deutsch.

Ottima accommodation

Una settimana bellissima nella villetta di Betty. Perfetta soluzione con un incantevole e curatissimo giardino, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Betty ci ha messo a disposizione tutti i confort, dalle sdraio in giardino all’ombrellone per la spiaggia. La villetta è moderna, ben attrezzatala la cucina, funziona tutto alla perfezione, TV, aria condizionata, bagni, etc. Incantevole il portico, ben strutturato e ombreggiato. Fantastica da doccia esterna in giardino. Consigliamo la struttura di Betty, che ci ha fatto anche da ottima guida per la zona.. con tanto di mappa con le spiagge (insomma stile hotel). Grazie Betty. Traumhafter Sonnenurlaub im Herbst

Die Unterkunft von Betty war wunderbar. Es war wirklich sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man so braucht, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl, Sonnenschirme, sogar Sandspielzeug. Die Lage ist super , mit dem Auto ist man in paar Minuten an den schönsten Stränden von Chia. Zwei kleinere Supermärkte und Obststände ebenfalls in der Nähe. Kommunikation und Kontakt mit Betty verliefen auch bestens.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

A lovely pretty, private and well equipped villa with a beautiful garden. Shops, veg & fruit stalls, bar, restaurants within walking distance. Several beaches within walking distance. Beautiful lagoons with flamingos. The owner Betty was very helpful and welcoming and very kindly organised our taxi driver from the airport, which really helped because we then had a contact of a local taxi driver throughout our stay. A wonderful holiday and would be very happy to return!

A Casa nella bellissima Chia

Siamo stati benissimo nell'accogliente casa di Elisabetta! Completa di tutto il necessario, giardino molto curato che ci ha fatto passare serate estive con gli occhi in su per ammirare il cielo stellato! la casa è in posizione privilegiata, lontano dalla strada principale, e comodissima a tutto, supermarket e spiagge. Vi consiglio di affidarvi ai consigli della padrona di casa davvero attenta alle esigenze, e esperta di questo meraviglioso posto!

Un soggiorno meraviglioso

Che meraviglia di location ! Una casa stile sardo perfetta in tutte le sue parti, completa di tutto quanto ci si può aspettare e forse anche di più. Una cucina fornitissima, due bagni di cui uno esterno alla casa estremamente pratico con una doccia ampia, due camere da letto comode e spaziose. Una veranda con un enorme tavolo dove fare colazione o cenare alla sera dopo la spiaggia, un giardino con lettini per prendere il sole, e la disponibilità di ombrelloni (che per chi arriva in aereo non è poco)..E che dire del meraviglioso giardino di piante grasse, piante fiorite ci ha accolto all'arrivo ! Il tutto curato nei minimi dettagli da Betty, padrona di casa perfetta ed estremamente disponibile che con cura certosina si occupa di tutto facendo sentire l'ospite come uno di famiglia, pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema e mai avara di consigli su come muoversi per spiagge e locali. Da ogni cosa traspare l'amore che mette in tutto quello che fa. Speriamo proprio di poterci tornare. Ancora grazie di cuore

La meraviglia per me è conoscere persone come voi, entusiaste della vacanza e sempre disponibili per una chiacchera e una risata; curiosi di sapere, di vedere e di vivere a pieno il proprio viaggio nell'isola e in particolar modo a Chia. Capirne la vera essenza non è per tutti. Lo scenario è indubbiamente unico al mondo , ma per fare del proprio viaggio personale un viaggio indimenticabile bisogna saper vedere fino a dove non tutti vedono. Grazie infinite.

Super Villa zum wohlfühlen

Das Objekt ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt und in der Anzeige beschrieben. Ruhig gelegen und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns schnell heimisch gefühlt. Für die Kinder war der Garten super zum spielen, für das Baby hat Betty alles (Bett, Hochstuhl, Mixer zum pürieren des Essens) bereit gestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank, Betty!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Betty è un host attento ma discreto. Peccato per il tempo... nonostante i primi di maggio, non abbiamo potuto godere appieno del dehor per via del vento (freddo). Penso che in pieno agosto (con 40 gradi fuori) qui sia davvero un paradiso!

E' stato un piacere conoscervi e spero torniate con condizioni meteo più favorevoli! Chia è davvero un paradiso e vale la pena di visitarla anche con le belle giornate. La casa permette un piacevole soggiorno e un pieno relax anche quando le temperature non sono il massimo ma mi auguro riusciate a venire e conoscerla col il bel sole che normalmente la illumina. Purtroppo col meteo c'è poco da fare, è lui che comanda e spetta a noi adeguarci a vivere il territorio in base a ciò che decide!!

Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir genau über alles informiert, so dass wir die Unterkunft problemlos gefunden haben. Es handelt sich um eine sehr gut ausgestattete Villa, die kaum einen Wunsch offen liess - und falls doch, hat uns Betty sofort geholfen. Wir haben von ihr auch Informationen über umliegende Restaurants, Läden, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände erhalten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden unseren Aufenthalt in Chia in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Garten

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Garten. Leider gab es kein wifi. Den Müll muss man gegen Ende des Aufenthalts selber entsorgen. Sonst alles wunderbar.

Danke für die Empfehlungen! Wi-fi ist aber, wie schon auf die Beschreibung des Hauses angezeigt, nach Anfrage mit Aufpreis durch einen kleinen Router verfügbar. Über Müll ist es auch anzegeigt, dass man sich selbst am Ende des Aufenthalt entsorgen müss. Das eird wegen bestimmten Gründen nachgefragt, die vielleicht nicht an dieser Stelle erklärt zu sein sind!

Charming villa in a quiet location close to some stunning beaches

Betty was a great host and took a lot of care and attention to make sure we were settled on and was always on hand to answer any questions or give advice. The villa itself is exactly like the photos, the garden and terrace are beautifully kept and well equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors. Location wise it is a short (less than 10min drive to all of the stunning chia beaches) and the nearest town, Pula, is about a 20 minute drive. The villa is in a quiet reseidebtial location with lovely views over the countryside but you do need a car to get to shops, bars, restaurants as there is not much within walking distance and the roads are poorly lit at night.
