Under the tower! A sea of ​​green on the beach ...!

As answered in another review, it is a non-luxury house; that house is part of a group of 4 houses, in line, with 15,000 m2 of parkland reserved for homes. In the aerial photos we tried to show this and we are sorry if our communication was not so clear and understandable. Furthermore, from the house you open the gate at the top of the private park and you are directly on the beach. As we often try to explain in many reviews, the house is a simple, basic house. We decided to keep the prices not so high for a house for 8 people in a similar location (70 meters from the beach with a private park of 15,000 square metres). This is a home for families who often share homes and appreciate this standard. The house is however equipped with air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi, direct access to the beach and park, private gate with automatic opening, insulation in the roof and walls, outdoor shower and newly renovated bathrooms. It's true: the house is not a luxury home, and we always respond that way. We never showed anything else. Usually people who rent the house find out if they ask us, we explain precisely the standard of the house.

I thank customers for pointing out both the positive and negative aspects. In terms of services, the houses are equipped for the number of guests the house can accommodate and, if necessary, we always ask customers to let us know if they want the integration of existing crockery and cutlery. The house is described as a simple house and it is, but there are all the appliances: air conditioning in all rooms, 2 hot water boilers, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave! In addition, the house was renovated two years ago, the roof and walls have been insulated. As I wrote in other responses to reviews, other houses with these characteristics: a house in Chia 70 meters from the beach voted as one of the 5 most beautiful beaches in Europe, for 8 people, with 20,000 square meters of green lawn + soccer field private, it costs more than double the price of the house. Anyone can check it out! I don't think an owner is responsible when there is construction going on in the neighborhood or when there are mosquitoes in a place so close to the sea and with such a large lawn! In the house there are no mosquito nets but in the drawers of the house we always leave some anti-mosquito stoves that customers can use by purchasing refills.

Grazie per la recensione che ha valorizzato gli aspetti positivi della casa e della sua fantastica posizione, ma che forse, scrivendo che gli interni sono da ristrutturare sembra un pò drastica, severa e ingenerosa. Proprio questo inverno, infatti, sono stati fatti radicali lavori di ristrutturazione che hanno riguardato le parti più importanti, magari non percepibili ma significative: la copertura con isolamento, i bagni, le pareti anch'esse con isolamento, i portelloni. Inoltre sono state aggiunte nella cucina la lavastoviglie e il microonde. Rinnovate le pompe di calore dell'aria condizionata, tinteggiate tutte le pareti sia interne che esterne, sostituiti gli scaldabagni. Sicuramente ci sono alcune cose ancora da rifinire, ma siamo in continua attività per portare le case al massimo della loro prestazione!! I nostri clienti, sia quelli che da 20 anni tornano ogni anno, sia quelli più recenti, che non solo ritornano ma portano anche nuovi amici, sia quelli nuovi, in genere hanno apprezzato le qualità sostanziali della casa, amando anche il suo spirito non troppo modaiolo e patinato, ma al quale si affianca una continua cura e servizio all'ospite. Comunque ringraziamo per quanto scritto perchè ci consente di specificare che anno dopo anno la casa è sempre più "accessoriata" e costantemente oggetto di manutenzione e rinnovamento. Uso il plurale perchè il gruppo di lavoro che si occupa dell'ospitalità e dell'assistenza è formato da tante persone che lavorano per garantire il miglior servizio: dalle donne delle pulizie, ai manutentori, gli idraulici, elettricisti, tecnici del condizionamento, addetti ai rifiuti, Guest assistant, ecc. sono impegnati tutti i giorni per garantire che le case offrano il massimo del confort e gli ospiti si sentano sempre accuditi, come verificabile dalle recensioni della casa!
