A few steps from the beach, surrounded on three sides by a magnificent garden and equipped with a spacious outdoor veranda, our house is ideal for those looking for a close connection with nature and immediate access to the beach. The kitchenette, complete with electric oven and dishwasher, is equipped for bonne-cuisine lovers. Beside the heated outdoor shower, guests can count on two full bathrooms [one small facing the double bedroom plus en-suite master bedroom]. Our house is ideal for groups of 4 adults + 2 children.

Two air-conditioned bedrooms with access to the courtyard:
1) master bedroom [160 x 200cm ] with en-suite bathroom
2) standard double bedroom [160 x 200cm ]
The fifth guest can be accommodated either in the master bedroom with an additional single bed or in the external room, which has an adjacent entrance to the master bedroom.

Additional 2 guests can be accomodated in the living room sofabed or in the air conditioned room adjacent to the master bedroom [2 single beds 80 x 190cm ]

"Spiaggia di Campana Dune" can be reached with a very short walk [ab. 2 minutes]. The very proximity allows our guests to count on the house for any need or even for a small break during the long summer beach days. Other beautiful spots reachable with quick car trips: - Spiaggia di su Giudeu - Spiaggia di Tuerredda - Spiaggia di Monte Cogoni. Available in the neighborhood service like mini market, restaurant, pizzeria, Caffee. Other facilities in the inhabited centers of Domus De Maria and Pula: pharmacy, handicraft shops and typical products. Chia is a beatiful place for cycling - trekking - archaeological and cultural itineraries - scuba diving and water activities - snorkeling - sailing and fishing excursions.. We will be happy to suggest our guests something to distract them from the beach :)
