Perfect location

We absolutely loved this location.We were happy to stay on the same street for most of our week here, many delicious meals, right across the street, three small grocery stores on the street, a short walk to Notre Dame, Cathedral, and a perfect coffee shop a few box down!

We love the area, have stayed there before and Bernard's apartment was perfect. We would absolutely stay there again. Everything easy: check in and out, kitchen had everything we needed, beds comfortable, having two bathrooms was great! Definitely recommend this one!

Excellent location

Loved staying here. Alexandra was helpful and friendly, and when a light went out, she came right away to replace it. Love the bakery across the street and got fresh pastries every morning for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Bedroom layout was unusual. Worked for us, but one bedroom was accessible only by walking through the master bedroom. In all, loved staying here and would stay here again.

Amazing Apartment.

Bernard and especially Alexandria were so helpful. Alexandria met us at check-in. She gave us so many tips about the area. We were visiting during protests and she helped us explore various means of transportation. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was fantastic with shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend this adorable apartment.

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was perfect for our family of three adults and one child. The connecting bedroom in the back of the main bedroom was great for our son, while my mother had the second room, which is ensuite with a shower. It was well equipped and spacious for our use, and the location cannot be beat! We could walk to most places and also took a water taxi back from Eiffel Tower one day. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants on the island, and with Le Marais and Latin Quarter so close to the island, there were lots of choices within a walking distance from the apartment. Alexandra was also very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay

We could not have been more satisfied with our stay at the Ile St Louis apartment. It was clean and comfortable, the small kitchen was equipped with everything we could need and having two bathrooms was helpful for three women. We were thankful for the washer/dryer unit since it meant we could pack light for our 8 days in Paris. Alexandra was friendly, professional and prompt in all communications. The little elevator was highly appreciated! The location is terrific for walking or catching the bus or metro in any direction. And there are numerous cafes, coffeeshops and restaurants right on the island -each worthy of a visit! Highly recommended.

Great stay in a good location

The location is great, near Notre Dame. The location was safe and easy to access. Close to the metro so it was easy to get around Paris. Lots of good cafes near by. The space worked well for our family of 5, the smaller bedrooms worked well for kids and single adult. Very easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment to let us know and show us around. Overall a great experience.

Third floor, three bedroom flat in the center of Paris.

Alexandra was so very helpful during our stay, easy to communicate with.The living areas roomy and having 2 bathrooms very convenient. Plenty of cooking utensils and serving dishes. There was a dishwasher also. One of the three bedrooms next to the second bathroom was quite tight when the second twin bed was unfolded but we made it work. Our favorite place to be is on I’sle St Louis where this flat was. Everything thing you need was a block walk: groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and Metro… Perfect!It was located on third floor/thank goodness for the lift. We highly recommend!And will definitely stay there again.

Magical trip to Paris

We spent 8 nights at the apartment and, as this was our first trip to Paris, we felt like this was the perfect location! It was so charming. Everything in the apartment was just as expected and it felt more like home the longer we stayed. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment! It’s a gem!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here so continently located to Notre Dame, Chapelle, the Latin Quarter. Great restaurants close by. We went to the bakery across the street every day and there is a grocery store at the corner.

Excellent location

The apartment is as pictured. It is quiet - no noise from the city. It is basic, kitchen is well-equipped. Rooms are tight with trundle beds in use but fine for a family or close friends. Master bed is pretty soft. Alexandra is helpful and responsive. One of us was ill, and she helped at the pharmacy. Location is fantastic! Easy local shopping for groceries, bakery, coffee.

Perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children) - well appointed, property manager was ourstandinf, communication with owner was great. Ideally located close to multiple metro stops and a bus station on a quiet street with minimal car traffic. Bakeries and grocery stores less than a 2 minute walk from the property. Very safe and secure location.

Great stay on Ile St. Louis

Less than a week before arrival we were told the elevator was broken. Too late to cancel and we did all the steps, a bit harder for the 70 year old. I might have left a bottle of wine and cheese to apologize, The apartment is nothing fancy but was clean and satisfactory for the three of us. Second bathroom is tiny but functional. I knew the location and it was fine We spent very little time inside other than to sleep. Didn't turn on tv or use washer/dryer so can't speakk to those.

Fantastic location and apartment

Wonderful stay in Paris

Our family had a great vacation in Paris and this apartment helped make that possible. The location is fantastic and is such a beautiful spot. There were so many restaurants to choose from, awesome coffee spots, a grocery store just down from the building, it was so convenient. And plenty of room for all 5 of us too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming apartment convenient to anywhere you want to go in Paris.

Great Experience

Stayed here with my family, 3 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12). Had a great stay, loved the area. Small convenience store minutes away, restaurants down the street, 2 metro lines we used the most were 10-15 minute walk away. Alexandra was very accommodating, checking in earlier and offering to let us check out later when our flight got delayed heading back home. Was really nice having 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Host and managers very accommodating and within reach. The apartment has all one needs for a family: 2 WC’s, tub & 2 showers, and a lift(elevator). Quiet, safe location. We had so much fun!
