Lovely spotless modern flat a short stroll into Dornoch. Check in was simple, instructions were clear, and Chris was most helpful-he even came up with sheets and a blanket because we were sleeping too hot with a duvet! Dornoch has nice shops-and try Milk and Honey for breakfast or lunch!

Another great stay!

Stayed in this property for a second time and it was great again. It is spacious and clean. It is a short walk from the town centre but it is a great unit. Communication with owner was excellent!

A good place to stay, once you find it

The flat was very good, with one tiny nit to pick: There is no place in the shower stall to put soap or shampoo other than on the floor -- do put in a little shelf or rack, please. The only thing keeping this from a five-star review is the difficulty I had finding the place. The development is new, and the address doesn't show up in Google Maps; the location indicated on the map in the listing is the center of Dornoch, not the flat itself. I drove to where I thought the location would be based on that information, and had to pull over and spend some time online before I found a real estate listing that gave the crucial information (Springfield development). It's a simple thing to fix in the listing, and I recommend that fix be made. Otherwise, I loved being in Dornoch, and would happily stay again.

We had an extremely comfortable and fun holidays at Dornoch. The room was stylish with modern taste and very clean and well maintained. Taking shoes off matches perfectly with our daily habits. Chris the owner has really been helpful with swift replies to all our inquiries and we cannot thank him enough. We like Dornoch itself too. It is a lovely town with a beautiful beach with a children's playground. We hired bike rentals to go around and it was fun too. Highly recommend Highland Larders at the over flow car park by the beach where tasty seafood menus are served.

Great place to stay in Dornoch

The flat was tastfully decorated with everything appearing to be nice and new. It was also spotlessly clean. A very comfortable place. It had everything we needed. It was even better than I was expecting. The only downside was that we got a bit lost as google maps pings the flat a go bit away from were it was! A quick phone call remedied that problem as we wete then given very good directions and then found it without any other problems. I would definatley book there again if we were to travel back to Dornoch.

Fantastic accommodation

Immaculate apartment that is very comfortable and superbly equipped. Due to the situation with COVID we ate in the apartment rather than go out for breakfast and for dinner and had everything we needed for 3 adults. Top of the range kitchen appliances meant I stopped in at Dornoch Stores for some ground coffee to use with the KitchenAid coffee machine. The sofas and chair are lovely and comfortable and the cosy throws are a nice touch if you want them but the apartment was pretty warm. The walk into town isn’t far, maybe 7 minutes although a little longer with my partner who walks with a stick. We were really happy with our stay & would happily return.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. The only drawback was that the heating was locked and could not be turned up. The weather was quite cold and it detracted from the comfort.

Fantastic Accommodation for a Weekend Wedding

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Dornoch with my wife and parents. Accommodation definitely of a 5 star standard, very modern and well furnished with all the amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. Stunning views from the living room window onto the fields and countryside beyond. Only reason it was marked a 4 overall was due to some heating issues experienced on the first evening - however host Chris was very quick to respond and deal with this, with someone attending asap to make repair to the system. Otherwise I couldn't recommend this apartment enough to anyone looking to spend some time in Dornoch.
