Orcadia Cottage is superb! We loved it for its modern upgrades, outstanding location, and ease of communication with the owners/manager. We’ve already checked availability for next year we loved it so much, and would love to stay there again on future visits to the Highlands!

Fantastic holiday home

Orcadia is a beautiful holiday home in an ideal location, everything was as described and the property had a touch of class to each room. Definitely a property we will return to and would highly recommend if anyone is wanting to visit Dornoch. Host was very quick to respond to any messages, thank you!

A perfect stay

This is a very nice stay. The house is excellent. Very friendly owners. contactless entry and a nice surrounding.Walking distance to the beach. Large rooms and comfortable beds. And with good weather it is lovely to sit outside. Our family loved it.

Early summer beach trip

Great location- 5 minute walk to village centre. Lots of space inside and out. Well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood. Great restaurants in Dornoch centre, particularly Luigi’s which was excellent (recommend booking in advance). Excellent showers. Easy walking access to beach. Garden is well sheltered and there are lots of sun traps.
