Located on the safe and secure southern end of Ambergris Caye, our home offers peace of mind with a full-time patrol and police sub-station. Plus, it's just a short distance from San Pedro, making it convenient for all your needs. The journey to town is a picturesque 5-mile drive on a mix of sandy and cobblestone streets, taking around 35 minutes by golf cart or 25 minutes by taxi. For those looking for a bit of exercise, you can reach San Pedro in 40-45 minutes on a beach cruiser bike or enjoy a scenic 90-minute walk.

Casa Conch is a two-story home with separate entrances to each floor, ensuring privacy and comfort. The ground level features a spacious studio living area, complete with a bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second level offers even more luxury with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, another fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The top level has a washer and dryer, and each level boasts a veranda overlooking the stunning Caribbean and the world's second-largest barrier reef!

As a special treat, the 1300 sq ft rooftop deck is the cherry on top of this amazing home. Enjoy the most breathtaking 360-degree views, from vibrant sunrises over the barrier reef to mesmerizing sunsets over the lagoon. You can even catch a glimpse of Caye Caulker and the famous Hol Chan Marine Reserve. For fishing enthusiasts, you'll have access to world-class bone and permit fishing right off the dock!

At Casa Conch, we strive to provide everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. We offer top-of-the-line linens, fully equipped kitchens, furnished patios, flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and private parking. Each floor is air-conditioned and comes with free cable TV and Wi-Fi.

The cleaning fee is US$247.50 and includes grounds-keeping services to keep the beach area clean and ready to enjoy as well as one mid-stay housekeeping visit. Extra housekeeping services can be purchased for US$60 per clean. Additionally, concierge service is available for private chefs, all tours and activities (snorkeling, diving, fishing, catamaran sails, mainland adventure tours, spa services, etc.), island hopper flight transfers and shuttle service, golf cart rentals, provisioning and more! You won't Belize it!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and well built. The outdoor areas were fabulous. We enjoyed massages on the end of the dock under the thatched roof!! We had cocktails on the roof overlooking the ocean and took many rides to town on the golf cart. There were many amazing places to eat and scuba diving was the highlight! Pelican Reef Management Company has it down. They are responsive and so helpful. We gave out whole trip a 10 out of 10.

Great place to stay

The location is a distance from town, but we knew that when booking. And there are a few restaurants that aren't too far from the property (by golf cart). Loves the private pier and watching the ocean creatures, including stingrays playing on a couple occasions. Ester is very helpful and quick to respond to questions or to help book activities or make dinner reservations. The guys who come daily to maintain the exterior, including the beach area were wonderful! They patiently answered questions about the island, provided recommendations about where to eat and even brought us some fresh coconuts. I would recommend staying here!

Best vacation ever

We had the best time staying at casa conch. Esther the property manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home and set us up with all the excursions and things to do it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful Rental

This property is great and the management team was very helpful. We really enjoyed the pier. At night, you can walk it with a flashlight and see lots of lobsters and crabs. In the day, you can snorkel under it to see a variety of tropical fish. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only slight downside is that it's a bit of a golf cart ride from the main town and that the two floors are not connected from inside the rental, but those were both very minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.
