Villa Caribe Palms located on the island of Ambergris Caye, off the coast of Belize. Nestled in the Mata Grande area of Ambergris Caye 4.5 miles north of San Pedro, you can get away from it all, or take a short golf cart ride to San Pedro or Secret Beach!

Villa Caribe Palms has a four bedroom, four bath villa can sleep 2, 4, 6, or up to 8 comfortably. It is the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends! Our villa is one of four villas on the Los Encantos property. Los Encantos is a small community of private villas centrally located from San Pedro and Secret Beach. The villas share a large private pool, pier and an on-site caretakers.

Villa Caribe Palms is an authentic Belizean beachfront home. Our villa is the largest of the four Los Encantos homes, with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom and bath is optional as it has a separate entrance perfect for your parents, in-laws, a young family or nanny traveling with you to Ambergris Caye.

We’ve ensured you will have the comforts of home while at Villa Caribe Palms with WiFi, TV/Cable, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave and more.
Each bedroom and the great room has its own air conditioner. Our on-site caretaker will take care of your requests and help you feel right at home.

Los Encantos has a private pier exclusively for our residents and guests. You can toss out your line and fish right off the pier, watch the fish and occasional Stingray's swim by or simply sit down and relax to enjoy the ocean breezes in the private palapa lounge chairs.

Just off the Los Encantos beach is the beautiful barrier reef. (Belize is home to the world second largest barrier reef.) Here you can discover beautiful reef fish (Angelfish, Butterfly Fish, Parrotfish, Starfish, Damsels, Snapper, Grouper, Stingrays, Conch, sea turtles, spiny lobsters and eels)

Fishing in Belize is some of the best anywhere in the world. If you want to spend a ½ day of full day reef fishing, you’ll find grouper, snapper, barracuda, Spanish maceral, tarpon and bonefish, there’s nothing like it! If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, you can go on the other side of the reef for Mahi Mahi, Wahoo and maybe even a shark! Many of the island restaurants will cook your catch so be sure to ask our recommended fishing guide, Clinton, to prepare your catch for dinner!

While you are here you will want to enjoy the local, Caribbean flavor and dine at a local restaurants. If you book your stay at Villa Caribe Palms, we’ll be sure to share our list of favorites!

If you are looking for activities and adventures, Belize has several great tours from cave tubing and ziplining, ATV cave tours, fishing, snorkeling, SCUBA, day trips inland to the Mayan Ruins of Lamani and Altun Ha, sunset sails, Monkey River tour, touring a local beer or rum factory, or visiting the rainforest. Belize has something for everyone!

Awesome property in a quiet area on the north end. Easy ride to Secret Beach and restaurants. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room for 8 adults. We hope to return in the future!

The North-end

This is a great location if you want to be close to Secret beach and away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro!The salt water pool is a big plus! The on site hosts Harly and Nevis are available to help with maintenance and housekeeping 24/7. All arrangements for excursions and transportation where seamless!We all agree we would stay here again!The place is clean and well maintained! Loved the hammock and the eastern facing view for the breath taking sun and moon rises!

Great house

The house was as described. Very clean and well equipped. Harly, the care taker, was fabulous. His wife fixed us a great dinner (extra ) that included a key lime pie and coconut cake. Feedback: post 'do not open' notes on the windows.

Best Family Vacay

The accommodations were perfect for our group of 9. Loved the location and we love the island! People could not be better. We left a passport in the room, the found it immediately, put it on Tropic Air and they delivered it to the United Airlines counter in Belize City!

Awesome Stay! Definitely recommend!

Everything about this property was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the staff… they took very good care of us. Harley and Nevia were the best! Nevia cooked two meals for us and it was delicious and soooo appreciated after a day of fun and sun. We used Clinton to book some tours for us and he did not disappoint! The pool is well maintained and we spent hours there. The house is well provisioned and suited our group perfectly. We had no issues with the house at all. The owner arranged all our transportation needs and made it all so easy. We loved that we were not super close to the busyness of San Pedro, but it was only a 15 minute golf cart ride away. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We have nothing negative to say about this rental!

We had a full house of family, ages from 5 years to 71 years and everyone had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend Janice for her great communication & her on site staff. Also recommend Clinton for all excursions!

San Pedro in December

Los Encantos was the perfect stay for group of 8 teens and adults. The property manager and caretakers were helpful in all aspects of our vacation from transfers, to excursions, to golf cart rentals, and recommendations. Los Encantos was conveniently located for excursions, with it own private dock. Clinton was an excellent guide on our snorkel day trip to Caye Caulker. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Stay in Belize

Such a perfect property for our group. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We had two couples and two single people and everyone had their own space. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The owner and caretakers live on site and were available any time we needed something. The views were stunning and I would rent the place again. It's secluded and a bit out of town but we loved the location.

Loved This House!

This place was so wonderful. The pictures are very accurate and it’s beautiful. The owner helped with everything we needed. It’s a perfect spot on the caye. Anything and everything we needed was accommodated. Nievia was so helpful. The pool was perfect. Our fishing and snorkeling was done with Clinton and highly recommend him! Thank you!

Great Place. Don't hesitate to book.

We just returned from a 6-night stay, with a group of 4 couples. We couldn’t have more pleased with out stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Communication after booking, and leading up to our stay was great and provided good information. We pre-ordered some groceries so we had food when we arrived. We bought booze from duty-free at the airport. Pickup from the water taxi was seamless and the driver was waiting for us when we got there. Golf carts were at the house when we arrived. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were comfortable and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts. That is about all we cooked there, as we ate out for lunch & dinner every night. Harley and Nevia did an excellent job keeping the house and grounds clean, the pool was perfect and clean. Harley gave great advise when we asked about local recommendations or directions. They were always around if needed.Location: there are a couple bars and restaurants within walking distance, or 5 minutes from the house. We spend a couple days at the Truckstop, and that is about a 15-minute golf cart ride. San Pedro is about 25 minutes. Secrets beach is about 25 minutes also. Wanted to provide this info, as you do have to plan accordingly.I would highly recommend this place for both value and overall experience. Thank you!

Serenity by the Sea

Don't know where to begin as everything could not have been more perfect. From the moment I made the reservation I was entranced and couldn't wait to arrive. The management was incomparable, they immediately answered the couple questions I had, we became acquainted and they helped me plan every other aspect of my vacation. They left no stone on turned. I took control of all the plans and took my friends along..... they were so impressed by how smooth every part of the arrival and settleing in went. The accommodations were absolutely awesome, and were true to form in every aspect of the online description. Our maaster suite was just beautiful and the other guests LOVED their rooms. They helped us with every single detail of our stay to any degree that we asked; Diving, transportation, food touring, and excursions. They helped us by having a tour operator come to the house and help us plan everything we wanted to do. There is an absolutely lovely couple that take care of the property and one night they cooked us a meal. Recently the question came up, if there was one person who stood out more than any other on your trip, who would it be? His name is Harley, talk about nice, cultured and academical in everything Belize, this man is at your beck and call. I have traveled the WORLD and this place is at the top of my list! We had an absolutely wonderful time here..... you should too!

Perfect Vacation House

Our group of four women stayed here in early December. The manager and staff made our stay effortless on our part, taking care of anything we needed. The house is beautiful and has a wonderful view. It’s clean, well decorated, charming and spacious. We rented the suggested golf cart and enjoyed being close to Secret Beach and great restaurants. We also used Janice’s recommendation for a tour guide, Clinto Cardenas, and could not have been better taken care of. Don’t hesitate to choose Los Encantos - you won’t regret it for a second.

Perfect Get-a-way Spot!

House is just as listed! Very clean and spacious. Myself and my 4 adult sons enjoyed 5 nights in our own rooms and bathrooms... thinking we should have brought more people! Easy check in and check out and good communication with on site managers. They arranged our golf cart rental and airport pick up and drop off, as well as connecting us with Clinton for the day of snorkeling and private trip to Caye Caulker. The house is on the quiet side but close enough to everything to still be able to get out every night. Close to cute store and breakfast place and 15 minutes to Secret Beach one direction and many bars and restaurants the other direction. Will definitely be back to visit!

Los Encantos

Everything was great from the moment we arrived at the airport. Transportation was provided to the property where we were met by Harley who immediately gave us access and a detailed tour of the property. Harley and his wife Nevea make an excellent host for the property and will make sure that all of your needs and request are met. Harley then introduced us to Clinton who helped us to schedule any and all activities that we wanted to do. Everything flowed so well.

Paradise!

The property was better than expected. The on-site caretakers Harley and Vevia were amazing and super nice. Clinton took us on different excursions and is awesome! The house was perfect for 6 ladies. And no need to do any clean when you leave which is a huge bonus! It truly was a trip for the books! Don't use Rocks for your golf cart rental. Had issues all trip!!

This place was very spacious and comfortable. Only fault that happened was 2 1/2 days of power outages. There for no air conditioning,food spoilage in the fridge plus one of our guests had food poisoning so flushing the toilet became quite the issue. It is completely understandable that this was out of the owners control ( maybe invest in a backup generator in the future). Plus I wish that somehow we could have been accommodated for our inconveniences. Overall a great place to stay, our hosts were were very friendly.

Los Encantos is amazing!

This was our 8th trip to Belize (7th trip to San Pedro itself!) And Los Encantos was easily one of the best places we've stayed! It's perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of being in town with a white sand beach, the inground salt water pool overlooking said beach is absolutely incredible too! Janice, Nevia & Harley were attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. An absolutely great team! The house was huge & accommodated my whole family super comfortably (there were 8 of us total!), It was clean upon arrival and was tended to every other day :) a fairly quick golf cart ride into town or to Secret Beach (15-30ish depending how fast your cart goes) and lovely for when you're ready to enjoy peace and quiet/relax for the evening! 11/10 would stay again!

An awesome place, you cant go wrong!

This is the most beautiful property in the BEST location on the island. Its north of town a bit so its quiet but easy to get to town or the secret beach (right next to the turn off road, so convenient!). The house was so much better than I thought it would be, if possible! Harley, Nevia (the caretakers) are the nicest people and so helpful. Book ALL of your excursions with Clinton from Ali Mermaid Adventures. Clinton and his son Omar are the kindest and warmest people you will meet, they genuinely want you to enjoy your trip and will make it happen just the way you and your family want it. They are knowledgeable, fun and provide all of the best excursions while taking the best care of you and your family to really enjoy your trip and Belize itself. 100% the best place to stay and the best people to tour with. I hope to return again one day.

Beautiful Beach Front Property

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were met at the ferry with a ride to the property and delivered a golf cart rental which made check in super easy. When we arrived at the home, Harley, the property manager met us and walked us through the home to provide special details and rules for the home. The home was just beautiful, well maintained and had all of the necessary things on site for an easy stay. The location of the property was about a 20-minute golf cart ride to San Pedro and a 15-minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. When we were there had been a lot of rain leaving the roads with a lot of potholes making getting from location to location not great. This was just timing for us though.Most amenities, restaurants, grocery, etc. were a 5–10-minute golf cart ride. The beach was lovely. Our kids had a wonderful time swimming, fishing and playing on the dock and the conch shells were plentiful. So much fun!Harley's wife Nevia cleans the home every other day and offers laundry service since there is not one for use. We took her up on the service not entirely knowing what she was offering. We had been traveling for 10 days and gave all the laundry for our family of 5 prior to leaving for home. She blew my mind. All of our laundry was basically professionally cleaned, and the folding was mind blowing. Had I known what she was doing I never would have given all my laundry but as a mom this was absolute the perfect ending to our vacation.

Amazing Family Trip

Our family of 5 plus my son’s girlfriend spent a week at this home and had an unbelievable time. The house itself is clean, well appointed and everyone had their own space. We had Nelia cook dinner for us the first night and it was a great decision as our flight was delayed and we got in a bit later than expected. The food was delicious and my daughter said it was the best fish she’d ever had. We did two excursions with Clinton and his crew and had so much fun. They were so knowledgeable , helpful and made it so easy by picking us up from the dock in the backyard. We took a lunch food tour and that helped acquaint us with some of the many fabulous restaurants. Loved the location as it’s not too far from town or Secret Beach. The owners and the management company were beyond helpful and responsive. Every single person we came into contact on this trip was warm, friendly and welcoming. The only non-welcoming thing was the mosquitoes! Bring bug spray. We will 100% be back and I recommend this house without reservation. My kids all said this was the best trip we’ve taken yet.
