The newly renovated apartment is located in a quiet area, adjacent to the main street of Monterosso.
Attention to detail, the decor recalls the colors of the Cinque Terre. The room has a French bed (140x190), the living room with open kitchen is equipped with TV, sofa bed and a large table suitable for 4 people. Small terrace with table overlooking the hills and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, induction hob, oven, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with suspended sanitary ware and shower cabin. Universal and USB electrical sockets.

Convenient and quiet

Good spot to enjoy Monterossa but still quiet. Very clean and comfy. Note, the bed is accurately listed on the site but not quite a queen size Worked for me and my husband, but would be tricky for tall couples.

This is a lovely facility and location. We booked it for 5 nights. Unfortunately there were bedbugs discovered on the 3rd day. The owner responded by sending someone over to change the sheets. This is not meeting protocol for owners renting on VRBO and not an effective strategy. Bites made us MISERABLE for several days. We also fretted about moving the bugs forward. I attempted communication with Fillipo 4 times and he NEVER responded. I was very respectful in ALL communications. I requested a compensation of reimbursement of the amount for one night stay. This was very fair for the discomfort we underwent. I fail to understand the unprofessional handling of this on Fillipo’s end. Very disappointing to receive NO responses. Irresponsible.

Wandern und Baden

Das Apartment liegt im 1. Stock in der Nähe der Flanierstrecke, unweit der Strandbäder und dem Bahnhof, an einer für den Durchgangsverkehr gesperrten Straße. Das Haus besteht aus 36, wohl auch touristisch vermieteten Einheiten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für die täglichen Dinge ist eine Minute entfernt. Die Pizzeria „Taverna“ ist nebenan und inklusive Außenbewirtschaftung keinerlei störend. Bis in die Abendstunden hinein ist die Geräuschkulisse der Bahn und des Bahnhofs allerdings gut wahrnehmbar. Auch sind Autos die am Haus vorbeifahren und über lose liegende Kanaldeckel zu Tag- und Nachtzeiten sehr gut zu hören. Die Beschreibung des Apartments ist voll zutreffend, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und funktional. Für den Hauptort der Cinque Terre und für eine Woche geeignet. Die Anreise mit der Bahn ist allein von den Parkgebühren unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Taktung und Verlässlichkeit könnte für die dt. Bahn Vorbild sein. (Unser Verkehrsminister sollte mit dem Bahnvorstand mal eine Dienstreise dorthin unternehmen).
