3 Bedroom villa with swimming pool in quiet village with countryside views

Spacious detached modern air-conditioned villa with swimming pool, situated in the village of Acipreste, near Alcobaça (8-minute drive) surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines with views over beautiful countryside and the Serra dos Candeeiros hills in the distance make this the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.
Fully registered as Local Accommodation (98120/AL) with Portuguese Tourism.

Upper Floor - Open plan kitchen, dining, living area, fully furnished with L shaped sofa, 55in (139cm) TV with UK & International channels, Bluetooth soundbar, DVD player with various DVD's, PS3 games console with a selection of games and log burning stove (firewood provided), the kitchen is fully equipped with built in electric oven, induction hob, microwave, full size dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso (capsule) coffee machine. There is also a shower wet room/wc on this level. Patio doors open onto the pool/garden and terrace which surrounds the villa providing plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Electric gate entry allows access to hardstanding car parking area.

Lower Floor - This level has 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed has an ensuite wet room and walk-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a king size bed with built in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has two single beds with built in wardrobe, a travel cot and highchair are also available, all 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto a large terrace perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a large family bathroom with shower over the bath on this level.

Basement - Stairs from the bedroom level lead to the basement which has a laundry room with washing machine.

All windows in the property have electric shutters for added security.

Outside - Swimming Pool, garden including large lawn ideal for outdoor games, sheltered BBQ area for outdoor dining, outdoor furniture including sun loungers, dining tables & chairs. Towels for use around the pool and outdoor games equipment are provided.

Wi-Fi Internet access available.

EU/UK travel adaptors in all rooms.

Easy to find with accurate directions. Exceptionally well equipped with top quality furnishings. Every eventuality seemed to have been prior thought of so we could ask for no more. Only one minor issue we were pre-warned about regarding the gate so worked around easily enough.

Well built and clean house

The house has a wonderful kitchen which we really appreciated. It was well organized and there was a well stocked pantry with herbs, spices, oils, vinegar, pasta, rice, coffee, etc. The beds were the best we have ever slept on and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The craftsmanship of the tile and wood throughout the house was excellent and we could easily get the TV to show DVDs. A very safe neighborhood with a convenient store and recycling nearby. We highly recommend it.

Peaceful retreat

My adult children and I had a wonderful stay at Vista Colina. The home is in a peaceful rural area with gorgeous views in every direction. Jeff & Judith made every effort to make us feel welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the home with its very clean and spacious areas, and lovely yard with the pool. We took advantage of the outdoor BBQ to make a traditional Portuguese grilled fish dinner, enjoyed afternoons lounging by the pool, and the short trips to Alcobaça and Nazaré. The home was very ample for 6 adults. A lovely place for a family time together. Thank you Jeff & Judith for sharing your beautiful home with us!

A lovely stay in a very well appointed villa

We have stayed in many self-catering properties both in the UK and abroad and are holiday let owners ourselves so we appreciated the effort that has been made to ensure a excellent stay at Vista Colina. The villa is in a relatively rural area yet well located for exploring the Silver Coast area and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Villa propre à l’arrivée avec un cadeau de bienvenue qui est de nos jours rare. Très bien équipée pièces spacieuses !! Jolie vue sur la campagne. Le seul hic pour nous a été la piscine que nous avons trouvé un peu petite et pas assez profonde. Sinon une agréable supérette avec un bar où nous aimions aller chaque jour. Je recommande cette location !!

C'est vraiment une très belle villa avec tout le confort nécessaire et une magnifique piscine. Le seul petit point est l'environnement un peu bruyant avec des fêtes tard le soir un peu partout le weekend et de nombreux chiens qui aboient autour mais c'est la campagne.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison lumineuse et très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et la climatisation très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs de cette semaine. Nos enfants ont profité pleinement de la piscine suffisamment grande et adaptée pour jouer et plonger. Alcobaça située à moins de 10 minutes est une très belle ville. Je vous recommande le restaurant : CORACOES UNIDOS situé à proximité du MOSTEIRO. Nous recommandons cette maison conforme à la description.
