Premier Holmes County Getaway Between Mohican and Amish Country!

As with all our guests these folks were fantastic! And I actually got to meet them because I was still there doing a refresh on the outdoor stuff and they were early! It all worked out and was a pleasant surprise, because since Covid, I’ve had very few chances to meet our visitors. We’re glad they had a great time visiting and look forward to an opportunity to host them again in the future!

This is what we love to share with each guest who visits us. It is our joy and pleasure to provide a well furnished, clean, beautifully maintained home for others to relax and refresh their spirits during their visit. We have so many wonderful people who work with us from our landscapers and mowing service to our environment and cleaning crews; all help in providing a beautiful stay for our guests. We would love to have you visit us again!

These guests were great! Communication was good and they took fantastic care of the home. I think they enjoyed their time with us at our Whitetail Ridge location and hope they visit again. There are so many wonderful things to do in our area, or just come back for the scenic tranquility!

These guests were wonderful! Not only did they leave the home in excellent condition but a thunderstorm during their stay, caused the power to blink and tripped the breaker. They were able to reset it saving me an after hours service call AND it got the AC working for them to enjoy the evening! They were the nicest people and I hope they do come to see us again!

We love hearing these comments from fantastic guests like these folks. They were great communicators and left the place nice for our cleaning crew. We love sharing our home with others to enjoy. This gorgeous timber frame home is definitely a step into spacious luxury in a surprising setting. We love it and are glad they did too!

We always love the positive feedback from our guests! We know it is so much MORE than what we can say about this gorgeous property. The pictures don't do it justice and the seasonal changes, especially spring and fall are stunning! We would love to host this wonderful group again or anyone else who wants something "close to about everything", but off the beaten path!

These guests were great communicators and they left the place in wonderful condition. We would welcome them back anytime! We did the throw pillows and blankets pre-covid but providing these extra special amenities requires a bit more cleaning on top of the 12-15 load of laundry a regular full house stay generates. I would suggest if you have a favorite snuggle blanket to watch tv or take a nap, bring that along next time! The hot tub has been discussed many times and with the wild life (now including black bears) it probably isn't something we can safely do for our guests or the animals at this time.

We try to provide the best in comfort and quality inside and out on our properties. It’s our hope guests can immerse themselves in this and just relax for a weekend, a week or longer! Maria and company were fantastic gracious guests we would love to host again anytime.

This couple was a delight to host and we can’t wait until they visit us again. Sometimes you just feel like when you meet a new guest they have been friends for a long time and that’s the way we felt when we met them! Wonderful people!

Becky was a wonderful guest. We would love to host her again.

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your time staying here. It truly is a great place. Thank you for visiting with us.

Anne and her group were great guests. We hope they get a chance to come back in the future and enjoy the home again. We would be happy to host them.

We were so happy to host this family. They were the perfect guests! We would love to have to back anytime!

Great guests, they left the house in great condition! We’re glad they enjoyed their stay because we would love to host them again anytime!

Josh and his family were great guests. We’re so glad they found us! They were a joy to host and took wonderful care of our beautiful home! We would welcome them back anytime!

We are always happy to hear guests are excited about what we try to do every stay! That is to provide a comfortable and CLEAN home for you to enjoy your time visiting here. The quiet and the view are gifts, we all appreciate. Come back soon! I was visited this morning with eight turkeys strutting across the lawn near the woods and the trees will be turning soon too!

These guests were exceptional! Everything was left in place. Its always a joy to come in with my cleaning crew, and although everything is cleaned and sanitized between guests; to find it in good order! It allows us the extra time to do the little things to keep our place a beautiful property for our next guests!

Renee was a fantastic guest! We love to host family and friend gatherings. This property really lends itself to that purpose with its spacious comfort! AND quiet! If you’re looking to getaway from noise and just enjoy nature this checks the box! We love to welcome repeat visits from our wonderful guests!

This wonderful family gathered together just to enjoy each other in this great space. We were happy to share it with them and they treated it like their own. We would welcome them back any day. We’re happy their grandson’s pink piggy found his was way home to him too!

We were happy to share this great place with these great folks. This was the greatest birthday celebration for three guys with back to back birthdays in January. So much fun! We hope they enjoyed their time in our beautiful home.

We’re happy to share this beautiful home at what may be the most beautiful time of the year, in our opinion, with the leaves at their peak in the next several weeks.
