Our favorite stay during our 2 weeks in Sicily. An entire studio apartment across the street from a secure valet parking garage (they move the cars). Parking can be booked in advance, was 20 euro/day, worth it not to have to find parking on Ortigia. Stef, the host, was very responsive. The bed was comfy, the kitchen fully stocked, the washing machine & clothes drying rack very welcome after over a week of traveling w a small case. Close to restaurants & shops, very walkable. Up a half-flight of stairs for a nice view of the street.

Fantastisch, centraler kan niet en geweldig gastvrij

We waren voor 1 week te gast in het appartement van Stefania tegenover het Teatro Comunale van Siracusa in Ortigia. Het appartement is in werkelijkheid een studio-appartement, maar zo ingericht dat het plaats biedt aan 3-4 personen; er staat namelijk aan de ene kant van de ruimte een tweepersoonsbed en aan de andere kant een slaapbank, gescheiden door een decoratieve wand met schilderijen uit de omgeving. We hebben het heerlijk gehad, want het bed was comfortabel, de keuken was voorzien van alles om thuis maaltijden te koken en - zoals gezegd - zijn er ondanks het feit dat het een studio-appartement betreft - diverse plekken om te zitten en te ontspannen, zowel op de bank, in een fauteuil, als aan tafel. Je zou hier gemakkelijk een maand kunnen doorbrengen zonder ooit een gebrek aan iets te voelen. In de directe omgeving is de groente-en vis markt van Ortigia en er zijn ook twee goed voorziene supermarktjes van InCoop om thuis te koken, mocht je niet in een van de vele trattoria of restaurants willen eten die zich in de inmiddellijke omgeving bevinden. Als je de deur uitstapt en de prachtige hal van dit statige ‘palazzo’ verlaat, bevind je je praktisch meteen op het schitterende Piazza Duomo of aan het Lungomare en ben je gehuld in alles wat dit schiereilandje van Siracusa zo bijzonder maakt. Kortom, ik raad deze magische plek in Ortigia van harte aan!

Bon séjour en plein cœur d ortigia

L appartement est très propre, en plein coeur d Ortigia et la propriétaire est disponible. Attention toutefois, il n y a pas d extérieur ni de place de parking!

merci pour l'avis, le parking est réservé aux résidents comme dans tous les centres historiques du monde, heureusement devant notre appartement il y a un garage très pratique avec la délivrance d'un pass ZTL pour entrer à Ortigia en voiture nos clients partent en dentelle. Un accueil chaleureux.

tranquillo e rilassante

rapporti cordiali con la titolare, disponibile, seria e mai invadente, appartamentino ben arredato con tutte le comodità, proprio davanti al teatro comunale e ad una comoda autorimessa dove parcheggiare l'auto. a due passi dal duomo e da tutti i luoghi di interessi e culturali di Ortigia, nel complesso 4 notti e 5 gg di vero relax, ad un prezzo veramente accessibile, sicuramente conto di tornare.
