About this property

2 minutes walk from Avlaki bay and beach.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms accommodating 6 people and a pool.
Beautiful stone house, tasteful interiors and a lush garden, only a stones throw from Avlaki bay, one of the most beautiful untouched bays on Corfu. Avlaki is known for its peaceful beach, clear blue waters and two tavernas known for their delicious menus.

The house has two spacious master bedrooms both ensuite, one on the 1st floor with a large terrace, and a 3rd bedroom with slightly smaller beds (together they are nearly 5 ft) and seperate bathroom next door. The main living area is open plan and has been completely refurbished with gorgeous , tasteful interiors. There is large outdoor lounging and dining terrace near the pool with a Weber Barbecue.

The pool area has a lovely pateo area and pretty gazebo for lounging. We are literally 2/3 minutes to Avlaki Beach, which is a flat easy walk unlike most of the villas in the area, which are a hot steep climb back up a hill.


The house is on a quiet lane, in Olive groves and has complete privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Corfu. The host is so kind and incredibly communicative and helpful. The best part about the house is the location - an easy and quiet walk to a stunning beach and delicious restaurant. It’s also close to Kassiopi and other great spots on the island. We will be back!

Fantastic Hudar

Stone House is a complete gem - a short walk to Avlaki Beach with crystal clear waters and two great tavernas. The actual house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. My teenagers loved the local bar in San Stephanos which was very safe and it was easy to get taxis home in the early hours. All in all it was a fabulous holiday and Stone Hse exceeded all expectations. Deborah was very helpful too in recommending restaurants and boat hire.

Wonderful villa in remarkable location

Our host Deborah was great to deal with and very quick to respond. Even to early questions - what’s the WiFi ? We later found to be given in her comprehensive villa manual. Villa was superb and outside areas stunning. Short walk to glorious beach and brilliant Taverna. Easy cab ride for kids to get home from nights out in Kassiopi.

Very good

The villa is well finished, good bedrooms, bathrooms etc. A/C works well and is throughout the house. Host is very communicative and responds quickly to all enquiries. Deborah gave us a lot of recommendations which were extremely helpful. The beach at Avlaki is very near and had a nice breeze in the afternoon which made it very pleasant as it was extremely hot when we were there. San Stefanos is 10 minutes away by car and is an upmarket hotspot which can be very lively in the evenings - good for celebrity spotting.For us the pool was a little small and shallow but that may suit others. All in all - excellent location and very comfortable villa with very informative and responsive host.

Delightful property

We enjoyed a 1 week stay at The Stone House. It’s very well located for the beach and the nearby town of Kassiopi. The walk to the beach is a mere 150m and is a flat walk.

I am English and live near Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire, UK. I take great pride in creating a lovely environment both inside and out and have been in the accommodtion business for many years running a farmhouse bed and breakfast for 13 years. I have now downsized to a cottage in a nearby village and still have a small self contained, newly created cartshed that I let out to walkers and sightseers to the area.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because it had a completely different feel to anything else I saw. It is beautifully built with Stone work inside and out, and felt like a home rather than a holiday let. I also love boats and Avlaki is perfect for hiring, again without having to drive anywhere.
In the hot months it is cool on the inside which is lovely in August.
You are so close to the beach you can pop back very easily and you dont have to load up a car.
