IRAZÚ | Private Villa with Magnificent Cactus Garden and Direct Ocean Views

Villa IRAZÚ is a beautiful villa located at the top of the Barranco del Quíquere, an exclusive and quiet enclave made up of a set of cliffs and natural volcanic stone coves in the south of Lanzarote, between the tourist centers of Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Its magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos, as well as the peace that the environment emanates, make it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the essence of this special island.
The villa, with an extension of 250 m², consists of three double bedrooms with private TV and built-in wardrobes, two complete bathrooms and a toilet. The spacious living room with dining room and the fully equipped designer kitchen offer direct views of the spectacular cactus garden and the heated pool through large windows. The covered porch gives you the possibility to have lunch or dinner outdoors while enjoying the sea breeze in complete calm. The property also has a recently renovated sauna, a fully equipped private gym and a barbecue with a chill out area. Next to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is an outdoor parking inside the property.
From the villa you can reach the end of the Barranco del Quíquere in five minutes on foot and continue along the trails on a pleasant walk to Puerto del Carmen or Puerto Calero along the coast. The property offers very good communications with the main roads of Lanzarote, without losing the privacy of the environment.
Despite its great location, we strongly recommend renting a car to get to the villa (last part of the way is off-road and taxis refuse to do pick ups in that part of the way) and to be able to move freely around the island.

Wow, what can I say. I have stayed in some lovely villa but this one is 100% up there!The villa is beautiful, it's fully equipped, there is so much space, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is perfect. The view out to see and the mountains is stunning.The service has been amazing. Carlos has looked after us so well. He has been at hand on Whatsapp should we have needed anything, even the odd restaurant review.I honestly can't fault this place at all. We have had the perfect week.

Palm Tree Paradise with Sea View

It was a real privilege to stay in this wonderful house. Such a great experience: The house is a marvelous place which is even better in real than on the pics. Carlos took very nice care of us. The location is perfectly quiet with amazing views while close to nice yacht harbours and everything you need. Highly recommend to stay here!

Lovely house in quiet location

5 of us stayed here for 2 weeks for the Ironman Lanzarote and some holiday time. The property is located near to Puerto calhero (15 min walk) which is lovely and quieter than slightly further away Puerto del carmen (30min walk). The house is really great as you'd expect for the price with a great newly installed gym, nice relaxing areas and pool set in great garden. Would recommend for sure

The villa is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. It’s a dream home, beautiful cactus garden, gorgeous views and peaceful location. Easy walk along the coast to either Puerto del Carmen or Puerto Calero- but take the torch on a night! February Half Term

The property provided a great base for our February half term holiday. It was very peaceful and quiet (perhaps even more so since the neighbouring property was empty, though given the layouts I don't think it would make a difference). The gym, garden and pool were all highlights, even better than they look in the photos. The kitchen was also great, enabling us to do as much (or as little) cooking as we wanted. The host was also very responsive to any queries we had.

Luxury retreat

Literally off the beaten track, this wonderful villa provided our family with modern luxury accommodation for one week in August. Highlights included the fantastic sea views, well equipped and well appointed kitchen, spacious living areas, comfy beds and air conditioned rooms. It's perhaps not the best place for young children, but the gym and pool make it ideal for families with older kids and our two teenage boys loved it. The dramatic Lanzarote coast is only a minute's walk away, although shops and restaurants need a 10 min drive, so it's a great location for those who like to be close the action but not right in the middle of it. In summary, this villa is a special place and we'd love to return one day.

A real gem!

Villa IRAZÚ is outstanding! From the glorious ocean view over an impeccably maintained cactus garden to the quality furnishings and gracious, welcoming hosts (ably supported by Carlos and staff) everything was first class. We stayed for two weeks and really didn’t want to leave. With many villa vacations from around the world to compare we feel qualified to say the style, taste and sheer quality of decor and fixtures are exceptional. We appreciated the obvious thought and care given to every aspect of the villa. The kitchen is a joy - and we loved the artwork! The welcome basket was a wonderful touch, and well received - thank you for everything!

A very pleasant and exciting trip!

The house/villa was simply beautifully done up, so much thought has gone into it. Loved and enjoyed the cactus garden, the Alessi contraptions and the lighting at night. The Pool was warm and safe and we took care of it as it took care of us. Loved the kitchen as I love cooking local food. The welcome was very warm with gifts on the table and booze in the fridge. The view from the house on to the sea every morning with a cuppa tea was something I wanted to bring back home. What else could we want? A thoroughly recommended place. You will not be disappointed.
