Luxury Villa with private pool and sea views.

This stunning luxury villa offers home from home accommodation for your Lanzarote holiday. With beautiful sea views from the pool terrace and panoramic sea views to Fuerteventura from the roof terrace, the villa provides the best possible quality accommodation close to the beach and resort centre.

The dining room is a beautiful inside space with glass topped atrium where you can dine inside under the stars. The lounge has a new rich leather suite with those wonderful sea views. The 4 bedrooms (2 en suite) are air-conditioned and very spacious, the master en-suite double bedroom having a bath.

The master bedroom is en suite with a walk in shower with his and hers basins. Off the internal dining area is another walk in shower with single basin. The other large bedroom as a separate bathroom which is off the lounge this as a shower over the bath with single wash basin.

There is a separate TV lounge with a DVD/VCR player, and a multi media unit with over 100 films, ideal for keeping the children quiet whilst you relax in the Lanzarote sunshine. The villa also has a full Sky package with movies and sports in addition to BBC1, 2 & 4. ITV. Channel 4. Channel 5. RTE Irish channels. CBBC and CBeebies, as well as an internet connection so you can keep in touch whilst away. There is also Nintendo Wii!

The kitchen is separate and fully fitted with all modern appliances. The proximity to the sea ensures constant cooling breezes. The large 10m x 4m pool is electrically heated whilst the south-facing terraces provide plenty of space to relax in the sun.

The plot is one of the biggest on the development, and has beautiful gardens with Canarian plants and flowers.

With wonderful restaurants and the golden sand beach at Playa Flamingo close by, this fabulous villa offers everything you will need for a holiday to remember.

The prices are for 7 nights for up to 4 people sharing. For extra persons, add £91 per person per week up to the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Changeover day flexible. The base rate shown is for low season. Different rates apply for various dates that are peak season and cover high demand during school holidays. Prices are at the owners discretion and prior agreement with the lead guest in the party. Prices provided on request prior to booking. Please note that a breech of the smoking policy will incur an additional cost to cover cleaning of the villa. Please only smoke outside and use an astray. This is my home please treat it as such.

Lovely experience

Fantastic holiday

The villa was perfect with large pool and plenty of outdoor space, ideal for our group of 7 adults. Short walk along the beachfront to the beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Owner immediately responded to any questions we had. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and will consider booking again next year!

Fantastic villa in great location

Lovely large villa with great outdoor space. Location for us as two families was excellent with a lovely scenic walk along the coast to Playa Flamingo. Pool and huge outside space was well used by our young kids and everyone had a fantastic time. Communication with Darren was great. I would highly recommend this villa!!

Fabulous Villa in great location

We loved our stay at Darren's Villa. Communication with him was excellent from the start. The villa itself is very luxurious and has everything you could need. The outside area was especially amazing with a huge heated pool and a view over the sea. We spent a lot of time watching the boats coming and going. The location is perfect for us with a short walk (10 mins) to the nearest beach with bars and shops. We look forward to returning for another relaxing holiday.

There was every thing we needed in the villa. Cleanliness excellent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the superb pool. We ate every meal outside at the large table under the fixed canopy. There were loads of sun beds available. All in all we had a fabulous holiday. M.S.

We are a group of ladies on a girly Holiday. We loved everything about the villa. The pool is large and fabulous. The outside space is great with lovely view. The inside space is also fantastic. There wasn't anything we didn't have and the owner went to the trouble of leaving a welcome pack in the kitchen for us. Overall a very lovely perfect holiday!

Fantastic location and villa

We have just come back from a fantastic week in this villa. Communication and booking was very quick and easy. The villa itself was very clean and well equipped with a beautiful pool. It's also very well designed so that even if there are guests in nearby villas it is very private. The view of the sea is stunning and the outside area gets sun all day. The location is brilliant for walking into Playa Flamingo and a short drive to the lovely Papagayo beaches. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Fantastic, clean and spacious villa. I would thoroughly recommend it. The substantial welcome pack was bread, milk, butter, fruit juice, ham, cheese, biscuits, crisps, wine and lager meaning we didn't have to go shopping on arrival. Darren was very accomodating. The cleaners came in regularly and changed towels. They did a lovely deep mid week clean. The pool was really clean and very large. The TV had every channel you could think of. The grounds were large and very safe for our children. There was ample shade outside the villa. The villa is right next to the beach with access through a gate with the villa keys. The beds were really comfortable. We would give it 10/10. We would definitely book it again but the dates we want are sadly not available.

Exceptional stay

We spent a week at this villa, the heated pool, villa, views and complex were beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable. The owner Darren was on hand to ensure we had the best stay possible, as were the management company. On our first day an electrical appliance was not working, this was replaced immediately without a disruption to our stay. The villa is in a great location, next to the sea with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We hired a car for ease, however an approx 40 minutes taxi ride from airport if not wishing to car hire. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning.

We have just returned from this fantastic villa and wish we could have stayed longer. The villa itself was perfect for our family, clean and spacious and as a tall couple we loved the extra large beds! The highlight for us was the outdoor space. Hours of fun playing and swimming in the pool and lounging reading books relaxing. The location is perfect, you don't necessarily need a car, if you head left from villa gates it takes you first to playa flamingo then onto dorada beach then carries on to rubicon marina, all full of restaurants and bars. It was a bit of a trek in the heat all the way to rubicon so we drove there the next time but taxi's are everywhere too. Turn right at villa gates and there are a few more lovely restaurants closer by. Equally as lovely though is staying in and having a BBQ. There are plenty of fun activities in the area, our lot went scuba diving and had an amazing time and ended up with underwater photos. We had our towels and bedding changed, villa cleaned and pool cleaned during our stay and a lovely welcome package was there on arrival, all as communicated. I would highly recommend this villa!

Villa casa vista Hermosa

We enjoyed our stay in the villa with lovely heated swimming pool and beautiful sea views. We were disappointed that in the main bedroom we didn't have use of the wardrobes as the owner kept his personal things there and there was no door to the ensuite so no privacy! Also, we felt that the showers were in need of refurbishment. Although the villa was located in a nice gated private development there were no nearby facilities. If you wanted to use a taxi you had to go to the main gate.

Hi Christine. Thanks for the review. Had you contacted me then I would have told you the left hand side of the equivalent of 4 wardrobes is unlocked and more than ample space for a couples clothes. Did you ask for the villa manager to come and look at it? As for the unsuite this room is for a couple. Privacy isn't something I envisaged when I built the place seeing as most couples live together. The information on the VRBO website states where the nearest supermarkets are. There are also Apps that can be used for deliveries. If you had asked myself or the villa manager we would have told you. You contacted me and only asked for details of taxi companies, you didn't explain the reason why. I could have arranged shopping to be delivered. There was a supermarket in both directions from the coastal gate. The showers are all fine but I will consider what you have put and have them looked at. I've just checked with current guests the left hand side of the wardrobe is open. Regards Darren.

Wonderful location with lots of free space

This property is very large and also has a location directly on the sea with a view of Fuerteventura with a magnificent view, especially from the roof. The stairs to the roof are badly rusted, but always led us safely upstairs. The pool is huge and fun to swim in. Four rooms are really great, although the mattresses on the single beds could be better. But the mattresses of the two double beds are very good! The largest single room with a double bed has a toilet without a door, which means we don't have to use the toilet, only the shower. But since there are two other great bathrooms, it wasn't a problem. The kitchen was great to cook in and the facilities were great. Overall, the house offers the possibility that everyone does something for themselves and everyone can also do something together. I give this property 5 stars because it offers so much that a few details that aren't perfect aren't enough to give less stars! Darren, thank you for the great stay and the all-round successful communication! I'll be back. :)

Hi Michael. Thanks for the feedback. Let me just clarify a few things. The spiral stairs are carbon steel and no matter what treatment you place on them rush comes back through in a salty air environment being so close to the sea. With regards to the large master bedroom with an arch in to the bathroom rather than a door missing. This was built like that as an owners bedroom. The thought behind this layout is that it's for the privacy of a couple. Plus the toilet is to the right of the entrance to the bathroom. Guests I'm sure will understand this was built as my home in the sun

Goed huis voor een grote familie. De ligging vlak aan de boulevard is top zodat je zo even naar playa flamingo loopt. Ook met de auto kun je vanaf het huis de rest van het eiland prima bereiken. Het beste van het huis voor ons als familie met kleine kinderen was de tuin. Groot en vooral het heerlijk verwarmde zwembad. Al vaak op de Canarische eilanden geweest maar dit was het beste zwembad kwa grote en warmte! Communicatie met Darren is vlot. Vanwege kerst kregen we een vroege aankomst cadeau.

Lovely villa

We’ve had a lovely two week stay in this villa. We had lots of sun so enjoyed spending time in and around the pool. The terrace and pool got sun most of the day as it faces south and the pool was big enough for four of us to play games. The villa was well provided with loungers and parasols, so shade was possible when required too. I’ve just looked back on the description and photos from the Vrbo website and feel everything is an accurate representation of what we found when we arrived. Communication was good and we got all the information we needed. There is a book of information about the property, Playa Blanca and Lanzarote so everything we needed was easy to find. We only had one issue (a broken washing machine) and the property management company got it replaced within 24 hours so were really effective. The owner checked in on us to make sure everything was sorted too. Cleaning, towel replacement and pool cleaning all happened as expected so everything ran really smoothly. We would recommend a stay here and really didn’t want to leave.
