This 6 bedroom, 4 bath private beach house is located directly across the street from the ocean. This house has its own private salt water pool (heated as needed) & private hot tub and sleeps 15 max. with 4Q, 1F, 3T, & 1 sleeper sofa.

Pet Friendly (dogs only) with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring

This beach house sleeps 15 and it has something for every member of your vacation group. Take a swim in the PRIVATE outdoor salt water pool (heated as needed) or relax in the PRIVATE hot tub. This house was just re-furbished in January 2017 and has Flat Screen TV’s, DVD Players, free Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer in the unit, and all the comforts of home.

A fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal and an outside BBQ area that will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is within walking distance of Plantation Pancake House, Molly Darcy’s Irish Bar & Grill, and Mr. G’s Grill & Ice Cream Shop. Want to get in a round of mini-golf? Take a short walk to Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf, take a train ride to the top of the mountain and golf your way down through the gold mines & tar pits.

Great house!

Lovely Vacation

We had a lovely vacation. The house is in a perfect location, just a walk to the beach and the heated pool and hot tub were amazing amenities to my family and I.

Location can’t be beat

The location of this rental is perfect; close to the beach and everything you may need. The pool area is great. The “well stocked kitchen” was slightly lacking. The check in process was our biggest complaint; driving to the real estate office to give an ID and sign a paper to get the door code. That all could have been done via email without the extra trip. Overall, we would stay again.

Fantastic place

We all enjoyed the house, we loved the location! The heated pool was amazing. We had children and infants who really enjoyed being close to the beach and having the heated pool to swim in! Only complaint was the hot tub quit working I called a few times and they said they would send someone out but no one ever came out to look at it. Other than that the stay was fantastic!

In need of better housekeeping

Got in after the after hours. We all check our beds to make sure the linen was clean on the beds. Had to wash the linens because bits of hair was found in some of the room bed sheets. Need indeed dusting. Found a empty water bottle on the side of the dresser on the floor. Some of the dishes was dirty in the cabinet. The pool and hot tub was fine. Air conditioning was working great. Good location. Just make sure you examine the place. We did our own cleaning

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Overall our stay was nice. Location was great. Furniture in living room very worn, so it appeared dingy and dirty. Beds upstairs were very squeaky! Everyone could hear when someone turned over no matter what bedroom you were in.

Spring vacation 2023

This is a lovely property with plenty of rooms and space . We loved the dining area and the table was big enough for the whole family to play cards at night . The pool could use some updating but it was heated and we enjoyed just relaxing by the pool almost daily . Never used hot tub as it was dirty and not taken care of . The balcony’s were great for drinking coffee in the mornings or just people watching . Very close to barefoot landing and a short drive to cherry grove . All in all we had a wonderful experience and other than a few small cosmetics it was a beautiful property directly across from the beach so not far to walk at all ! I bought a cheap keurig for the kitchen and left it for the next person ( it was only $20 ) lol but other than that it had everything you need for cooking !

Wonderful

The property was wonderful and in a great location.We had an issue with the hot tub upon arrival. However, this was quickly resolved by the management, within the hour. The grills on the property could use some proper cleaning, we did not call about this issue. We just chose not to use them. Two of the beds upstairs were very noisy and could use some new box springs. Squeaky, getting in and out of. However we did not call on that either. The house is spacious and plenty of parking. Lovely getaway very close to the beach and activities

We needed pet-friendly (as my wife and I were bringing our dogs), something close to the beach (why even stay at the beach if you have to drive 10 minutes to walk on the sand?), something with enough beds for everyone (four couples and 2 teenaged kids who'd want their own beds), and ideally, with a heated pool and/or hot tub for enjoying in the potential November chill. The Brick House delivered on all of these! The living room and big dining table made for a great family gathering. And each one of our families had plenty of space to themselves, too; my sister and her family might be in the hot tub, whereas my brother-in-law sat up on the deck, my parents in the living room, and my wife and I took the dogs on a long beach walk. My brother-in-law loved the arcade game console. The kitchen has plenty of plates, mugs, and glasses for serving any carry-out or delivery meals, and if one was so inclined, to cook in as well. The beach is a block away, visible past a couple of condo towers from the front deck. We walked each morning to Hug-a-Mug Cafe (about a half a mile, just across US 17) for coffee and breakfast. Plenty of restaurants in easy driving distance, too. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely come back for a longer one!

Be careful

Nice house good location No sheets were washed apparently table got broke before I arrived found blood in sheets at upstairs bedroom blood on shower curtain and bathroom floor. Found bed bug in front bedroom on lower floor pool never cleaned. Pulled 2 dead mice out of hot tub. House is completely empty in kitchen meaning no left behind ketchup mustard salt stuff like that. Needless to say never used pool or hot tub. Garbage finally ran monday morning cans were full when I arrived. Neighbors told us nobody came in house after last renters left. Called office multiple times fell on dead ears Emergency number is a joke never got a call back. Cable only works in living room and 1 bedroom goodluck with wifi. No batteries in any remotes lol.

Great location but needs attention

Overall this place was ok !! . The pros . Pretty clean , Location is amazing . 2 min walk across the street to Beach . Not really a beach view but it’s a little bit . 5 minute drive to multiple restaurants , and stores . Pool was amazing with multiple chairs and outside shower . Hot tub was great too . Lots of parking . Fits a large 12-16 person family good . Cons . The beds all of them were horrible !! So loud and hard kept everyone awake all night .. the two downstairs bedroom were the worst . The one by front door smells like wet wood , very musty . Couldn’t get smell out . The 2nd bedroom downstairs with the bunk bed is unusable !! Shouldn’t be a bedroom . We had two teens in there and neither slept in there after 1st night . It’s so small u literally cannot stand two people in there . Plus the slat boards under the bottom bunk kept falling out . The top bunk cannot hold a 140 lb teenager . Maybe ok for two very smalll children . Bedroom with two twins beds , the ceiling fan barely worked so I had to go buy a fan. They only left 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom . 1 trash bag , 1 paper towel . I had to go buy toilet paper , trash bags . Nails were sticking up Out of floors all over . On first night some was bleeding .1st night downstairs a/c wasn’t working right did get fixed quickly the next day .large cracks under all doors so you hear everything . Probably would not stay here again . Lots of money for bare minimum and comfort !

Party house, not meant for families.

We usually stay in ocean lakes, which is chock full of amenities. But were unable to find a house there for the timeline. The house was great due to the size. However the walls were filthy, the whole house needs a deep clean. My son dripped his box juice by the back door and when I got something to clean it up the paper towel was black. Clearly they don't clean the floors. You can see the filth on the stairs. Mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms upstairs. The bedding was clean but comforters had visible stains. The kitchen floor is rotting where the fridge is. There is an obvious mildew smell when you walk in. The pool and hot tub were great. We did call the office because they were gross with hair and dirt bubbles in the hot tub when we arrived, but they came out within 5 minutes to clean it. We had to call them out again due to the pool and hot tub being extremely cold eventhough they are supppsed to be heated. Again they arrived very quickly to fix. Pool got warm after a few hours but the hot tub remained cold. The location is definitely a party house. We had a nice quiet stay with the exception of Saturday night into Sunday. The neighboring house had younger adult guests that were partying. Smoking pot and being loud. So for families this might not be a good option. The beds. OMG. They weren't terribly uncomfortable but every single one was LOUD with any kind of movement. My husband and I didn't sleep all weekend. Terrible. Overall not bad, we knew based on the reviews what we were getting into. I would just not label this as a great family option. Especially since it is off season and we still have party issues.

Beach House Review - Brick House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice, but definitely had issues. Location was great for our group, however I would probably not choose this location again if I was coming with a large group. Most of the rooms are very small and storage is basically non existent. Most rooms do not have adequate drawers to unpack, suitcases had to be left on the floor, which made some of the rooms even smaller. Beds were really uncomfortable and one bed was broken (corner drooped). The bathrooms were OK, however some of the towel bars are pulling away from the wall and there are not enough towel hooks or places to hang towels. The kitchen has a drawer that is off it's tracks and will fall if you pull the drawer open. Something is not right with the dishwasher, I don't know if the alignment is off with the cabinet, but it was hard to close and rocked a bit. Glass on microwave door is broken and there is a nail on the floor coming up and they put an actual band-aid over it to repair. Plenty of cups and dishes, however if you are planning to do any cooking I would definitely pack things like cookie sheets, utensils and cookware. They do have some, but limited selection and I would not use any of the cookware they have there. It is very old and has not been taken care of.It was cleanish...but could definitely use a deep cleaning. It doesn't look like the floors are mopped regularly and floorboards are in need of cleaning. Overall the house worked for our group, but I was a little disappointed for the price point. What you see is not always what you get. Location was great for us and everyone had fun...
