Estate Lepur situated in the same village, 8 km from the town of Benkovac, provides you with the opportunity to experience authentic Dalmatian hinterland. This extremely comfortable and fully equipped house offers accommodation for 10 + 2 persons. Built in the Mediterranean style, partly panelled with authentic country stone with traditionally equipped „crna kužina“ (dark kitchen) with indoor fireplace for preparing grilled and earthenware dishes, it will provide you with a real rustical atmosphere. In front of the kitchen there is a spacious covered terrace with a large dining table for twelve persons. Being on the terrace in the evening surrounded with easy-going people along with a glass of wine offers a memorable experience.
Next to the terrace there is a spacious hall for table tennis and in front of the house you can try bowling. You don't have to keep your car in the open since there is a garage.
This area, enriched with small hills is a great place for keen cyclists. Playing freely, breathing in fresh air, getting to know the nature and domestic animals are the main reasons for children's satisfaction.
The nearest beach, rich in medicinal mud, can be found in the place called Karin Donji. It is perfect for people who suffer from rheumatism and people with dermatological problems.
Apart from enjoying natural beauties, visitors have the opportunity to experience rich historical heritage since the remains of the large Roman-Liburnian settlement Asseria are part of this area. The findings are kept and exhibited in the Regional Museum in the Town of Benkovac.
We suggest visiting the castle Benković, several old churches and the surrounding villages where visitors can witness traditional lifestyle.
The City of Zadar, apart from rich cultural and historical heritage, offers a handful of events. Excursions to the national and nature parks such as the Paklenica, the Krka, the Plitvice, the Kornati and the Vrana are highly recommended.

Wunderschönes Objekt und Mario wahr immer sehr Gastfreundlich.Wenn irgendwas anlag,stand er mit Rat und Tat beiseite.Sehr Kinderfreundlich ( auch Kleinkinder ) eingerichtet ( extra Vorraum mit viel Spielzeug und abgegrenzter Poolbereich ) Lebende Schildkröten vor Ort lässt Neugierige Kinder aufblühen. Aussenbereich mit Trampolin, Tischtennis , Schaukel, Grillplatz und natürlich der Pool läd zum verweilen ein. Innenausstattung , sowie diverse Utensilien sind für große Familien abgestimmt.Mehrgenerationsurlaub durch abgetrennte Bereiche ( unter anderem auch eine zweite Küche ) lässt privaten Zeitraum ebenfalls zu. Untern Strich,Riesen Objekt,eine Menge Platz ,Wlan für Spielsüchtige Teenys,schöne Aussicht für die Erwachsenen und ein netter Gastgeber. Worauf man nicht verzichten kann,ist das Auto,andere Verkehrsanbindungen sind aufgrund der Objektlage nicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Wer ausser Wandern noch für Aktion sorgen möchte,muss minimum für größere Städte/Hafen eine halbe Stunde Fahrtweg mit einberechnen.Wir waren 10 tage dort kommen sehr gerne wieder . Vielen dank für die schöne zeit

Wunderbar Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa mit 5 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt. Die Villa sieht in echt noch schöner aus und der Pool hatte immer die richtige Temperatur 😊 wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal dort Urlauben.

Gemütlicher Urlaub in Lepuri

Wir haben jede Minute unseres Aufenthalts sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, umso schöner ist die Ruhe die man genießt. Die Kinder hatten genug Platz zum spielen und der Pool war für eine Abkühlung ideal. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen und betreut, wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße

La procédure d'arrivée et de départ est facile et Silvia ou son frère sont facilement joignables et réactifs. La maison est grande et bien équipée aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants.

Große Villa und Ruhige Lage

Wir waren für 18 Tage mit Freunden in dieser Villa. Sehr großes Gelände und viel Platz. Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Schöner Grillplatz für ausgelassene Abende. Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert, wenn etwas war. Die Kinder fanden die vielen Schildkröten sehr schön und hatte spaß sie täglich zu füttern. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut für Ausflüge. Wir konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen!

Perfect villa for a restful holiday

Very nice and well maintained house. Large areas and good patios. Pool outside which was in very good kondition. We were four adults and six children and there was plenty of room. The house was divided into two parts, each with an entrance, perfect if you are two families traveling together. The location is a bit remote so you need to have a car available. Very good if you want a restful holiday!

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil mit sehr familienfreundlichen Vermietern

Wir haben dieses Jahr unseren Pfingsturlaub dort verbracht und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Sowohl unsere Kinder, im Teenageralter, als auch unser Enkelkind mit 1,5 Jahren, haben sich dort alle wohl gefühlt, da für jedes Alter was geboten ist. Die Großen haben sich an dem Pool und auch an dem Billiardtisch erfreut und auch wir und der kleine Mann haben den Pool sehr genossen. Da es für den Kleinen ein Spielzimmer und einen Spielplatz gab, hatte er genug Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. und obwohl es draussen wirklich heiß war, hatten wir im Haus immer angenehme Temperaturen. Da das Haus auf dem Land gelegen ist, hat man dort wirklich seine Ruhe. Also wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist dort geanu richtig. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und unsere Kinder würden am Liebsten sofort wieder hin fahren. Liebe Grüße Familie Selonke aus dem Allgäu

Great house even better hosts

An absolute pleasure all the way, from the moment we (4 adults, 3 kids) arrived at the house we knew we had made the right choice. We were met by the host and her brother with some beer, wine and bread to help us for the next morning, we got a full tour even though it was late. The house is fab, set over 2 floors, its way bigger than it seems in the pictures. A games room and playroom make up for great entertainment for the little ones and the outdoor seating area with BBQ is gorgeous. A separate indoor BBQ area is perfect if the evening gets a bit wet. You will need a car for your stay as the area is quite remote but make sure to visit Zadar, biograd na moru, sibrnek and the krka water falls. When we left our host found keys and drove 50km to return them to us, a kind gesture and one that saved us a lot of trouble back home. I would like to thank the lovely hosts, their father and friend for showing us the hospitality of Croatia, a beautiful country.
