Peaceful apartment just minutes from the popular Grassmarket area, our stylish one bedroom, ground floor apartment will be perfect for your trip to Edinburgh



This newly renovated apartment is extremely well located for the Edinburgh International Conference Centre & Edinburgh Castle as well as all the lovely cafes and bars in Grassmarket



Expect all the comforts of a boutique hotel, with plenty of space to relax and an extremely comfortable super king bed



Please note we have Netflix and on demand tv only



The Space:

Very central apartment, with on-street parking.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire apartment through out their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The neighbourhood is a fun and lively part of town. Many restaurants both high street chains and local independent eateries. The apartment is very close to the Royal mile, & Grassmarket which are Edinburgh's tourist attractions. Close to Princess street Edinburgh's shopping destination.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware we provide travel pop up cots but not the laundry or bedding. The cot is standard size and we only supply the basic mattress that comes with the cot. We do not accept responsibility for the use of the travel cot or high chair. Please note the cot will not be made upon arrival.

The flat feels safe and secure. The bed is low and the room is awkward for 2 people. The blind leave a gap which makes sleeping hard in the summer.

Nice apartment, not far from New Town

Nice property and good check in service - just very simple, which was nice. However, for the more expensive price we paid (even for August) the apartment was in a more run-down location than we expected, and was quite dusty. Still, I would recommend if you have the budget it is a good option, as it’s not too far from the Edinburgh town centre, and was quite secure, with good facilities and a comfy bed (and the TV had Netflix)
