Clean and comfortable cottage ideal for a short break and close to all amenities. I used to rent out my own cottage further down the road for many years so this was a nostalgic return to Flookburgh for me with an elderly companion which gave us a chance to catch up with local friends. We have already booked to return later in the year.
Von Außen sieht das Haus sehr klein aus, doch Innen entfaltet es doch eine erstaunliche, räumliche Größe. Das Cottage ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles was es braucht, um auch mal selbst Kochen zu können und hat auch genug Platz für einen großen Esstisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und der kleine Holzofen bringt noch mehr Behaglichkeit an kühlen Abenden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Dusche und Wanne im Badezimmer, was will man mehr. Nach Hinten schließt sich ein wind und blickgeschützter Garten an. Ein super Pub links und ein FishΧps rechts nebenan, Post, Apotheke Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf, alles im Umkreis von 50 Metern zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wie "zu Hause" gefühlt.

Great value, comfortable accommodation. Well located in the centre of the village, good range of amenities in easy reach. Well maintained property with all the comforts you need. Netflix, Alexa, Wifi available for the kids. All round fantastic value and standard of accommodation.
