Location
In the heart of the Dordogne, in a quiet area, this charming holiday home is located on private land, surrounded by a large garden of 2445 m2. with plenty of privacy. The house has a large, partly covered, west-facing terrace with a panoramic view of the Dordogne valley. The private swimming pool (8x4 meters) surrounded by a terrace and has garden furniture, sun beds and umbrellas. The interior of the house is taken care of.

Bathroom with double sink and shower. Separate toilet. There is enough cupboard space in the bedrooms. All rooms are on the ground floor. The house has electric heating.

Surroundings
To enjoy the beauty of the region and the many possibilities for excursions, hiking, canoeing, etc., "Les Charrues" is an ideal starting point. The village of Les Eyzies at approx. 12 km. in the middle of the Périgord Noir region, the heart of many cultural-historical sights and prehistoric caves with beautiful wall drawings.

Hikers have a great choice to follow routes (Grande Randonnées). You can take canoe trips on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers. Route maps are available at the local tourism office. Sarlat, a beautiful medieval town with a beautifully restored old town, pleasant terraces and a market on Wednesday morning and Saturday (all day) is about 20 minutes away by car. Furthermore, there are numerous towns and villages in the vicinity with sights and fantastic restaurants, markets and flea markets. In St. Cyprians, at approx. 5 km. is a. a large supermarket and on Sunday morning there is a nice market. There are many castles and caves in the immediate area.
