This harmonious famlly retreat is ideal for multi-generational family get togethers providing all with small private spaces for meditating, playing, studying and then coming together for meals in a spacious fully air conditioned two story home on a quiet cul de sac, with swimming pool nestled in a bamboo grove with tropical mango & avocado trees - easy 15 minute walk to the private resort beach Minitas. This home boasts enough private areas for those who need to maintain a remote office while getting away with their extended family.

In addition to the second floor bedrooms and study, all inside guest areas have air conditioning with 9 independent units, so you can control where and when you would like it most.

Property comes with daily housekeeping - 8 hours per day and gardener.
Golf cart available for rent.
Private chef or cook for meal preparations can be arranged for an additional rate per meal or day.
Pool cleaner maintains the pool.

With two kitchens - A spacious fully equipped a/c guest kitchen with breakfast nook for 6 - 8 guests with dishwasher & a hot kitchen for staff.

The a/c inside dining room seats 16-24, comfortably and looks onto the terrace & tropical vegetation with fruit trees. The lanai has an outdoor dining table for 8. The terrace has an outside dining table for four.

The air conditioned sitting room with 55" UHD Smart TV. includes a desk to study or work and is cozy.

The roofed open terrace has two discrete sitting areas and steps down to the pool deck to access the chaise lounge chairs with a roofed sitting area / lanai at the far side of the swimming pool.

All five second floor suites are over 30 m2 (300 square feet) with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans, walk in closets, safes, four with HD Cable Smart TVs and desks. The second floor study with 55" HDTV with a great table for a desk with several chairs to work or study.

Free fiber-optic dual band wifi (2.4 and 5.0 Ghz) service extends to the pool deck and throughout the house is contracted with Claro at 100Mbps↓ / 50Mbps↑.

As the resort is on an ancient coral reef, we ask your assistance to separate organic garbage (excluding diary or meats) so the maid(s) can deposit it into our compost pit to supplement the required nutrients in the soil for our gardens.
