This Beautiful Home is located in the northwest area of Kendall in Miami, Minutes to all major attractions which only Miami can offer.
Quiet residential, family oriented neighborhood near popular Dolphin and International Malls. Very easy access to Major highways 836, 826, and Florida turnpike. 14 miles (20 minutes) Miami international airport 18.5 miles to South Beach (Miami Beach), 41 miles to Ft Lauderdale Int airport . Miccosukee Casino resort is 5.4 miles away. 10 miles to beautiful Coopertown Airboat rides in the Florida Everglades. Whether you are a photographer looking for beautiful landscapes in The Florida Everglades or want to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States or enjoy the exciting night life Miami has to offer in South Beach, Brickle, Coconut Grove, this is the ideal home to stay at without having to deal with the high parking prices which are prevalent in these areas. Close to great restaurants and Supermarkets. Equipped with all home comforts , two central air conditioners, laundry room, the kitchen is equipped with all glassware, silverware, cooking pots and pans , just a short drive to the supermarket and start preparing your favorite food if you'd like. The cozy backyard has two tables with plenty sitting space and a small Charcoal BBQ to grill your favorite food (guests provide the Charcoal and fuel, owner does not provide these). Also available upon request is an infant/toddler playpen and a stroller. If you have more than 8 people please let me know , We can set up an air mattress for you. Parking on driveway only 4 cars . The Garage IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. No Street parking available
Note: Due to the family residential nature of this neighborhood, the house is NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the house. Smoking is allowed on outside Patio area. No pets allowed. There is a $200 deposit (refundable) 100% after inspection of the Property. All refunds will go to the original credit card that was used on booking within 7 working days after check out. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN CARS. Owner is not responsible for anything lost or stolen inside the house or outside the property.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. I felt there was great value for the price. The home was clean, cool and very comfortable. Well situated between major destinations like the airport, Homestead, Shark Valley, Little Havana and Oleta River State Park-if you have a car. Host was very accommodating.

Amazing home

I would highly recommend staying here. Take a drive around the neighborhood and down the street to see the area. There is an airboat and alligator park about 10 minutes away. Property managers are very professional.

Feels like home.

The house was very clean and big to accommodate all six of us with plenty of room to do our own thing, and had a large kitchen. The location was perfect, close to the airport and to the wedding venue. The host was very accommodating and replied to our messages right away.

We felt at home!

Great property with excellent amenities and unbeatable location. While the AC did go out one night, Santiago was super proactive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. We will stay here once again in the future.

Great home!

We took our 90 year old mom to celebrate her bday with her older siblings in Miami, the home was very comfortable and well equipped. Super clean and it had a nice yard. Belkis the owner was wonderful and so helpful. The location is centrally located to where we needed to be. Easy access to the toll road. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Fit all of our needs

We had to drive down last minute for a funeral and needed enough space to accommodate my husband and I, as well as our 5 kids. The house had plenty of room and was stocked well. It was also near many stores and restaurants which was very convenient. We walked around the neighborhood a couple of evenings and always felt safe. The host was responsive and answered all our questions. We are already talking about returning next year.

Ondanks de woning toch een fijn verblijf

Deze woning heeft maar 2 badkamers en geen 3 of 2,5 zoals de eigenaar beweert. Anders nooit geboekt voor deze prijs. Woning is toch wel lichtelijk 'run-down'. Wasmachine was zwaar verroest, afzuigkap werkte niet, waardoor meerdere keren het brandalarm afging.. Hordeur naar tuin was kapot en hing uit z'n scharnieren. IJs automaat in koel-vries combi werkte niet. Erg klein koffiezet apparaat voor 2 mokken. Verder wel een goede locatie aan de rand van Miami, waardoor geode bereikbaarheid van Sawgrass en Dolphin mall en Everglades en eventueel voor een dagtrip naar de Keys. Lekkere bedden. Nogmaals jammer dat website info onjuist is.

It was all that it says in the review,nice, quiet, clean all the amenities were perfect. I even had an extra folding bed that I didn’t use. Only was concerned about the security of the doors, and the squeaky, noisy king size bed. Everything else was great, I will surely go back there and hopefully stay longer. Thank you for welcoming us to your house, it was indeed a great stay and we were able to do want we really wanted to do and what was set out to do….!!!!!!

We were in Miami for my girlfriend's sister birthday. This was an amazing house had all the room and amenities we need! Super clean!!!! The property owners were amazing our flight got in super early and they allowed us a early check in which we truly truly appreciated!! We definitely recommend this property.
