Elegant newly renovated apartment, with decorative fireplace located in the old town of Oviedo, in front of the Medieval Wall, in a very quiet street, just two minutes from the Cathedral, Archaeological Museum, the Fontan, and the famous Gascona Street (Boulevard de la Sidra), next to the most typical restaurants, cider houses and terraces of Oviedo.

Great location and the apartment was very nice, but in need of a little maintenance.Unfortunately the access instructions did not allow us to access the building and we only managed to get in by chance when another resident came home. We really loved that everything we needed was close by and overall our stay was fine. Fir future bookings we would recommend that somebody meets the guest at the building entrance to make sure they can get in.

Hola Martin, siento que hayas tenido problemas con el acceso al apartamento, se había estropeado el sistema de acceso automático que ya está arreglado, lamento las molestias que eso te haya causado (no habíamos tenido ninguna queja en ese sentido) pero tomamos nota y me alegra que en conjunto hayas estado cómodo en tu estancia.

Everything was perfect!

Located just outside the city wall with a short walk to bars, restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was clean, neat, modern and beautiful! It was very quiet at night and had a convenient parking garage for our use. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!
