There is a secure private parking space within the complex for your car, accessible through a remote-controlled electric gate. The spacious apartment features a large outdoor terrace and faces south with ocean views. There are two bedrooms and a private bathroom. One bedroom has a spacious double bed, and the other has two spacious twin beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses and additional mattress protectors. Spacious private bathroom with sinks, toilet, bidet, bathtub, and shower with a thermostatic mixer. There is a washing machine. Towels and linens are included in the rent. Contemporary kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, range hood, coffee maker, hand mixer, and toaster. All dishes and cutlery are provided. A clothesline, ironing board, and iron are available. Air conditioning and central heating in all rooms. Built-in closets with hangers. Wi-Fi in all rooms. Cell phone charging station. 4G cell phone network. Upon request, at no additional cost, we can provide a cot, a high chair, a children’s bath, and a changing table for little ones.
