Villa Niko with private pool

Villa Niko is situated in Zadar, one of the most beautiful Croatian cities with rich history.

It consists of 2 independent apartments, on the ground floor and 1st floor. The house is 2.8 km from the center of the old town. It is rented as a whole property, suitable for larger groups of guests up to 12 people.

In the yard there is a traditional stone Dalmatian tavern with a fireplace and a family table. In front of the house there is a garden with fruit and olive trees.

Within the property there is a private pool of 32 m2, a children's playground (swing, goal, basket) and private parking.

On the ground floor of the house is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and mini terrace next to the pool. First floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. 4 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one single bed.

Each floor has its own washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge, flat screen TV, satellite programs and unlimited WiFi. On the ground floor there is air conditioning in the living room. On the 1st floor air conditioning is available in 2 bedrooms, in the kitchen and in the living room.
