The duplex holiday house with a stunning open-air pool and a private garden is absolutely gorgeous. Its serene environment coupled with modern amenities transports the guests into a world of luxury, elegance and refinement. Each floor has a spacious terrace where guests can enjoy their morning tea to kick start their day or simply laze around basking in the sun. There is also a gazebo with a BBQ where guests can dine after a refreshing swim in the pool. There are loungers and a sitting area under the parasol by the pool for guests to unwind. This six-bedroom house is ideal for a large family or a group of 10 guests. The property is not suitable for parties - it is located in a quiet suburb.

There are two living rooms (one on each floor) in the house with a modern, open layout. In both the living rooms, there are a set of sofas in the sitting area, a flat-screen TV, a dining setup and an open fully equipped kitchen. For easy meal preparations, guests have access to the drip coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cooker hob, electric kettle and fridge.

Location
The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends and family. The coastal town of Bibinje is well known for its well-kept and nice beaches while the marina offers diving courses and one-day boat trips to interesting destinations nearby. The sea is only 700 meters from here. The house is also well served. It has a restaurant, shop and supermarket within easy walking distance. Places of interest include its five Catholic churches, beach activities like swimming, diving, surfing etc., day trips to five national parks or simply find a café at one of the beaches and watch the sea waves hitting the sandy beach.

Guests can easily drive to the metropolis of Zadar (16 minutes) where they can enjoy the immensely popular Sea Organ, feast on the gastronomical delights, admire religious and cultural artifacts, taste its signature drink and learn to surf. The town’s proximity to beautiful beaches and to Zadar makes it one of the most sought destinations in this part of Croatia.

The nearest airport is hardly 10 kilometers from the holiday house.
