Enjoyable stay
Great location for views, walks, trips and places to eat. Duquesa Estates were very helpful, replaced a faulty toaster immediately and supplied a hairdryer missing in the apartment on request.
The apartment was cosy and suited our needs.
The apartment could do with a refresh but this did not spoil our enjoyment. We found the oven didn't cook in the expected times but this didn't bother us as we ate out mostly.

Great location.
Lovely complex and area. Apartment location excellent. Duquesa Estates addressed each problem that arose very quickly.
Accommodation needs upgrading. Window and toilet cistern in ensuite bathroom broken. Shutter in main bedroom broken with full sun at daybreak!. Front door lock faulty and required call out. Dishwasher and washing machine difficult to operate.

Great Location, Amazing View
The apartment and the location are lovely and the view over the sea is wonderful. There is lots of space inside and out and we really appreciated the full size walk-in shower in the second bathroom. You can walk for miles on the seafront "paseo", there are tons of restaurants and good grocery shopping nearby. The location made an excellent base from which to explore Andalusia.
The kitchen is a disaster. Very disappointing for a "luxury" apartment. Time for a new one. The appliances are old, worn out and with the exception of the fridge, none of them work properly. The clothes drying rack is a rusty piece of junk. There are no instructions on how anything works and you can't read the symbols on any of the knobs.

Beautiful complex 1st line Beach with amazing views.
The complex this apartment is on is kept immaculate, the views are amazing. We loved this apartment and the space was great . However it is tired and needs a refurb and a few things replacing to make it more appealing and comfortable.

La ubicación perfecta
La ubicación magnífica en un entorno que ya conocemos desde hace muchos años, los Granados es una de las mejores urbanizaciones de la zona a pie de playa con unas calidades impresionantes y un servicio de vigilancia y seguridad inmejorable. Este puso en concreto 1302 lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación porque es un bajo con acceso directo al jardín y toda la terraza con vistas al Mar
La limpieza del apartamento hay que mejorarla sustancialmente ( esta ha sido la primera vez que nos ha pasado que estuviera tan puerco el piso ) el cambio de ropa de cama y toallas debería ser al menos de una vez en toda la semana . Son 7 días de alojamiento sin cambio de toallas y en esa zona si no dispone el piso de secadora es imposible secar las toallas .
Y otra cosa importante es el tener que dejar el piso antes de las 10 de la mañana , en ningún hotel te pasa esto y un mínimo de unas horas para despertar niños , desayunar y terminar de recoger todo .
Nos entregan el piso a las 16:00h y hay que entregarlo antes de las 10:00 h de la mañana
