With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests, this is the ultimate retreat for your family or group of friends wanting a private, tranquil escape. With gorgeous views from every room, and a bright, eco-friendly design, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy time together in the living area during a night in with a home-cooked meal from the updated kitchen or grill. The spacious basement with flat screen TV makes a great kids' retreat. Located just two blocks up from the center of Telluride's main street, Colorado Avenue, staying at Sunnyside allows you to easily access shops and restaurants. Town Park is a short walk away, as is the River Trail and a number of hiking trails. Sunnyside is the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends.

With gorgeous views form every room, this home is the perfect retreat for your family. On the ground floor of the home is the living room, dining area and open plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this main level with a shower. On the western side of the kitchen is a patio with a grill, tables and chairs. Up one level is the king master, a bunk bedroom, a flex room with a futon and the second bathroom with a shower and tub. Up one level again is an additional queen bedroom.
The home also has a spacious basement with polished concrete floors and a futon sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV, making this a great spot for kid's to watch TV, while maintaining peace and quite upstairs in the main living area.
The home also offers a washer and dryer, free wifi, off street parking for one vehicle and a residential parking permit for an additional vehicle.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
2. Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.
3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.
4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.
5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
